  Prompt, communi ative, flexible and thoughtful. Mr Terrance, from the moment i confirmed my booking 3 days before my flight, he was kind, communicative and very helpful. He was clear in his instructions about where to meet him, helped us with our outbound transportation back to the airport, and was always responsive on text. Extra cherry on the sundae, the history lesson and food recs we got on the way from the airport. The SUV was clean, spacious and he was EARLY, which is on time. Greatly appreciate Mr Terrance and will be calling on him every time we are in town.

  Terrence was so friendly and knowledgeable! It was easy to find him at the airport baggage claim and the van was impeccable and spacious. He knew so much about the city and gave us lots of tips and ideas for our visit. The price as also excellent for a large group and we all fit easily in the van. Will definitely use him again for our next visit!

  OMG!!!! Terrance was exceptional, providing us with a historical context of the city as we passed through various areas. He also recommended excellent food locations to try. If you are ever in New Orleans and require transportation, Terrance is the ideal person to contact. I intend to contact Terrance again on my next visit to New Orleans.   We relied on Terrence for our church group's visit to the city during a busy time (nine people visiting for a convention of 20,000+), and he did a fantastic job. He took care of our entire group from the airport and back. He was friendly and helpful, incredibly considerate and eager to serve.

  Our flight was delayed an hour. Our driver waited patiently for us. Our baggage took two hours to get delivered at baggage claim. Our driver waited patiently for us. We had a very late night, and were a bit crabby, but our driver was the highlight of our trip!

  There was a total of 9 of us (all over packed) all of us and out luggage perfectly with extra seats. Driver was very communicative and punctual. Definitely would recommend and will use again in the future.
