OMG!!!! Terrance was exceptional, providing us with a historical context of the city as we passed through various areas. He also recommended excellent food locations to try. If you are ever in New Orleans and require transportation, Terrance is the ideal person to contact. I intend to contact Terrance again on my next visit to New Orleans. We relied on Terrence for our church group's visit to the city during a busy time (nine people visiting for a convention of 20,000+), and he did a fantastic job. He took care of our entire group from the airport and back. He was friendly and helpful, incredibly considerate and eager to serve.

Our flight was delayed an hour. Our driver waited patiently for us. Our baggage took two hours to get delivered at baggage claim. Our driver waited patiently for us. We had a very late night, and were a bit crabby, but our driver was the highlight of our trip!

There was a total of 9 of us (all over packed) all of us and out luggage perfectly with extra seats. Driver was very communicative and punctual. Definitely would recommend and will use again in the future.

He was marvelous, so friendly and very early. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Terrance was our driver. He was fantastic! He quickly was able to get all 8 of us and our 19 pieces of checked luggage loaded up from the cruise port and to the train station. He was very friendly and we would definitely use him again. Will recommend this service to others!

Transport from Royal Caribbean to the Amtrak station was seamless thanks to Terrance and On the Go Transport! We had a large group with lots of luggage and a family member that needed assistance and he was so accommodating. I will definitely use this service and Terrance again upon my return to The Big Easy!!! 5 star rating!!!

Terrance was fabulous! The cruise porter took us to him to get us to the Amtrak station. We had a group of 8 from ages 9-75. Such a great help and conversation. Highly recommend. And the vehicle was impeccable!
