Information about your driver and vehicle will be sent before your riding date. You can contact your driver in advance, so feel free to contact your driver if you have any time changes or questions on the day. Upon your arrival, a professional driver will be waiting for you at the pick up point. The driver will be tracking your flight, so if your flight is delayed or set for an early arrival, they will make sure to be available for you. 5.00Our flights were delayed to arrive the Narita Airport in Tokyo for about an hour. I was managed to contact Viator's help line through WhatSapp and the support desk in turn managed to relay the messages to the driver. The driver acknowledged and texted me back to wait for us at the airport until we arrived.

2.00The business was great to work with. They communicated very well. Unfortunately our airline changed everything. I asked for a partial refund but rules are rules. Even if it was a little bit. Our delay was not our fault. Unfortunately I will utilize another service next time that is not so greedy.

5.00Tomo was great! We arrived @ NRT after a slight delay and he was still there waiting for us. We had some trouble finding each other at the arrivals terminal but totally not on Tomo! The car was clean and spacious. We were able to sit back and relax on the drive to the hotel. Would absolutely recommend if you are bringing luggage with you (traveling with large luggage on a train is not fun!) We would use this service again on future trips to Japan.

5.00I made reservation and paid directly on HireTaxiJapan's website. The price is very reasonable for a private van large enough for my family of 9 with 10 luggages directly from Narita airport to our hotel in Yokohama. We were email with our driver's contact info 24-hr before our arrival as expected. Our driver, Tai, proactively send message to us via WhatsApp to update on when he will arrive at the airport to wait for us. We paid an extra 3000 yen for airport greeting. Tai greeted us right outside the baggage claim and custom area holding a sign with my name on it. Then it was just a short walk upstairs to the parking garage where his van was parked. Tai was very friendly. He speaks English very well and was able to answered many of our questions regarding our Japan trip. He was a careful and safe driver. His van is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book with HireTaxiJapan and request for Tai again next time we visit Japan.

5.00The trip was effortless, relaxing, and reassuring when we were stressed about transferring between the 2 Tokyo airports in enough time to make our flight. Our driver was so kind, spoke perfect English and took time to point out things and the history behind them on our ride. I’d recommend this over all other travel between the two airports to anyone and would take this as well if I was traveling to Tokyo for anything at all
