Upon booking we will issue a confirmation number. You would then be greeted at your pickup location by a representative with your name displayed on a sign. Clients will also be issued a return voucher confirming their pickup time for their departure time to the airport.

5.00Xena was very friendly and helpful when my flight was cancelled then the next one was hours late. Her driver picked me up even though it was late at night. Happy to recommend!

5.00Excellent service from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us right outside when we came through baggage and customs, which made the arrival so easy and stress-free. He took care of all of our luggage and shared great local suggestions on the drive to the hotel. Once we were checked in, the owner even followed up to wish us a great trip — a very thoughtful and personal touch. Highly recommend!

5.00Communication with Zena was always completed in a quick and timely manner. She stayed in contract with me before our arrival. When we arrived and before our departure during our stay. Our driver Meeks/Cash was waiting for us when we walked out of the airport . She was super friendly , pointed out interesting landmarks on our way to our resort and helped make our first trip to the Bahamas start out on a positive friendly vibe.
A Rocky Start, but Excellent Service Nonetheless

4.00We booked a private taxi service to and from Nassau Airport. Unfortunately, the experience started off a bit rocky—when we arrived at the airport, there was no one waiting for us. Because our booking was after 7pm, Zena had not been notified of the pickup. After contacting Zena directly, she quickly arranged for another taxi to collect us. Once things were back on track, the service was very good and timely. The return trip to the airport was smooth, punctual, and a very pleasant drive. One important note: despite what was stated in the booking details, the reservation did not include the return trip, and we were required to pay the return fee separately. Also, if you are arriving at the airport after 7pm, it’s best to call Zena directly at +1 (242) 803-8312 to arrange pickup. Although the start was slightly stressful, Zena remained calm, professional, and responsive throughout, and ultimately provided excellent service.

5.00Communication was perfect! Both Zena and her sister are very friendly and professional. They both provided helpful travel tips that made our first Bahamas trip go smooth. I highly recommend them as they made everything so easy. I will definitely will be booking them on our future trip!

5.00Zena picked us up at the airport. She was prompt and professional. The van was immaculate. We really felt pampered. Zena is so knowledgeable about Paradise Island and so gracious sharing that expertise with us. We will always contact Zena for services when we are in the Bahamas. Her warm and outgoing personality makes you feel at home immediately. If we could give her more than five stars, we would!
