Note: This service covers only one-way travel. - Provide Key Details: We require your flight number, airline, date, time, mobile phone number, and ID details for all travelers. - Set Locations: Provide the complete pickup and drop-off address (hotel name, residence, or specific landmark within the 8 km Accra radius). - Declare Capacity: Confirm the Total Number of Passengers (Maximum 3) and the Total Number of Pieces of Luggage. This is crucial for porter preparation, as groups with more than three bags will require official porter assistance and tips/charges from the porters. - Confirm Time (Departure Only): If traveling to the airport, confirm your desired pickup time. Note on Wait Time: All airport parking fees and a minimum of 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included, with an additional 30-minute buffer. - For Departures (City to ACC): Your professional chauffeur will be waiting precisely at your specified pickup location (e.g., hotel lobby or residence curb). Departure Buffer: When booking a ride to the airport, please factor in a significant "traffic buffer." We strongly recommend scheduling your pickup earlier than usual to ensure you arrive at the terminal with plenty of time for check-in. The recommended time with checked baggage in Accra is about 3 hours before departure. Note that traffic in Accra can be unpredictable, especially during peak travel seasons (such as December). - Note on Wait Time: We offer 30-40 minutes of complimentary waiting time for departure transfers. Transfer duration is an estimate and may vary depending on local traffic conditions. Step 4: Drop-off. Rest assured, our 24/7 support line is ready to assist with any unforeseen circumstances or delays during your transfer. 5.00I contacted Todays Travel, to arrange an airport pickup for a group that was coming to Ghana. The customer service that I received right from the beginning of the interaction was amazing. David and his team, ensured that I had all of the information I needed for the booking. Payment was done securely and the communication from the team all the way through to my group being picked up from the airport was superb. The car that arrived was spacious and the driver even had assistants to help with the luggage. I even received updates from Iris the co-ordinator, who let me know when the group had been picked up and when they arrived at their destination. The entire process was absolutely fantastic! Not only was I impressed with the impeccable service I received, I will also be using Todays Travel going forward, for all of my group bookings. 5.00We had incredible service with a highly professional team who collected us from the airport and took us straight to dinner before taking us to our hotel. The next day we did a city tour of Accra - what a history and such friendly warm people. In the evening we did the night tour with fantastic live music. Throughout the whole process we felt secure and in the best of hands. We would not hesitate to recommend Today's Travels and David who runs it was so helpful and speedy in his communications. A class act - thank you.

5.00My flight ended up being delayed for over an hour, and I really appreciated how patiently the driver waited for me. When I finally came out, he greeted me with a warm smile. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver turned out to be an amazing conversationalist easy to talk to, calm, and genuinely kind. It made the ride feel effortless after a long day. I’m genuinely grateful for the kindness and care. Would definitely book again.

3.00I travel internationally frequently. The hustlers at arrival were overwhelming. Travelers should know to only allow the driver to handle your bags and set that expectation. I was told that the driver will be waiting with my name on display. I had to message the company to find the driver, then he called/ messaged me. I ordered a 7 seater vehicle and was picked up in a 5 seater. I wouldn’t say don’t try this company, but if so, be mindful.
Mr diver Joseph was amazing, in time and very attentive . He made sure we arrived to our destination safely.

5.00I could not have asked for a better end to our journey. This service provided absolutely flawless airport transportation from our home to the Accra Airport. To my surprise, the driver was actually early for our 3:30 am pickup. This was incredibly appreciated and allowed us to leave before our scheduled time, giving us a wonderful buffer. We were staying in a new development where the roads were unfortunately very rough and challenging. However, the driver was perfectly prepared. They arrived with a spacious SUV that had more than enough room for all of our luggage. Most importantly, the vehicle handled those terrible roads like an absolute champ! It was a night-and-day difference compared to the smaller cars we've used in the past on similar routes. Because the SUV handled the conditions so well, we not only had a comfortable and smooth ride but we actually arrived at the airport a full 15 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was professional, courteous, and a great driver. The entire experience was stress-free and exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing reliable and comfortable transportation in Accra, especially if your location has difficult road access. Thank you for the outstanding service!

2.00I arrived at 7 AM, I notified the operator numerous times about my arrival time and was told my driver would be waiting for me at the airport. As I was landing I even received a message that my driver was already there waiting for me. That was false as the driver was 45 min late upon my arrival. There was also a language barrier as the driver was not that fluent in English. I believe the price is too steep for the service received. The car is not chilled upon arrival, there is no meet and greet at the airport arrival terminal and there is no refreshment offered with standard business class services. I was truly and utterly disappointed. The car is in better conditions than other operators and it is more affordable than other companies so I would recommend it. However, do not have high expectations for service delivery.
