5.00Zena and her team are fantastic. They communicate in advance of your trip with reminders and helpful tips. They were early each time to pick us up and texted to let us know when we were ready. Vans were clean and everyone was so friendly. Love supporting Zena and her growing business. I highly recommend using this service.

5.00Excellent service! Zena's car service made it so easy for my family to get from the airport to Baha Mar! The driver was waiting for us at the airport, and brought a car seat for my child. We arrived quickly and safely. Zena was in constant communication with us and provided helpful tips for immigration and customs in Bahamas. Would highly recommend!

5.00Zena was on time. Kept me updated by text as to where the car was. Had to change the time at the last minute due to a flight change. Zena responded immediately and had no problem with the time change. Easy to work with. Highly recommend.

5.00Zena provided amazing service. We booked her for a round trip from/to the airport/Hyatt Baha Mar. She was very organized leading up to our travel and even let us add a grocery/liquor store stop rather last minute. She was on-time, professional and friendly. Would definitely use her services again.

She has multiple comfortable vehicles available at the airport, and if assistance is needed, her team coordinates seamlessly to ensure everything is handled promptly. The level of kindness and professionalism is truly exceptional. I also noticed that car seats are available, which is a great option for families. Pricing is very reasonable, and Zena is always just a text away if you need anything.

5.00Absolutely Wonderful Experience I discovered Zeema’s services on the Grand Hyatt Facebook page…..she came highly recommended and received high ratings for her communication, her vehicles, her drivers, and punctuality. So in choosing transportation from the airport, I chose her and she proved to be exactly as the reviews described….in fact, even more. When I first reached out to her, she responded immediately, and we arranged to be picked up. From that initial contact, she kept in touch regularly through emails, texts and phone calls right up to our arrival so I felt confidant she would follow through and assured I made the right choice. Same thing on our return trip back to the airport. We were very fortunate on the way back that Zeema drove us…..she was delightful, a lovely person, and a great businesswoman. My sister and I had a great conversation with her, we learned about her life and how she got started in the business….she’s personable, warm and friendly. I highly recommend her, she’s trustworthy, competent, provides outstanding service, and her prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much….till we meet again.

5.00I am so happy we all booked with Zena! Her communication was excellent and we had no trouble connecting with the driver. The driver, Oriole (sp?) was so friendly and helpful. She stopped at the grocery store so we could stock up and provided us with helpful hints. Her personality was so warm and outgoing, that I felt like I was picked up by a family member. The car was very clean and the driver was very competent. Another thing that I loved was that I accidentally paid twice through Visa and Zena was happy to refund the money, immediately! Efficient, friendly, clean, prompt, communicative and honest... can't get better than that!
