To have a smooth transition from the airport to the requested travel destination is the main objective which will be achieved when booked and confirmed. 5.00This review is for our driver Jamal. Jamal was very attentive, he was on time and his vehicle was spacious and clean. He asked if we needed to stop at store before our hotel stop in Negril. He was extremely knowledgeable about the country and answered all our questions. Jamal maintained communication with us about pick up times and we never felt as if he had forgotten about us. We thoroughly enjoyed Jamal and would hire him year after year. Thank you for your exceptional service!

5.00Hastings Tours are awesome! Our driver, Jamal, was waiting for us upon arrival. He was very friendly, informative and entertaining as well as a very safe driver. This idiot (me) decided to book our return transfer on the wrong day, but didn't realize until the day of our return flight. I called the office to see why I driver hadn't arrived and Joan explained the error of my ways. I asked if they could rearrange the transfer and Joan jumped into action. Thanks to her we had a driver with us within 20 minutes, who collected his payment en route from Owen, the business owner, and got us to the airport with time to spare. All around a great team effort that I doubt would have happened back home. I would actively search for a Hasting Tours transfer in the future before any other operator and highly recommend them for any transfers, excursions or attraction visits.

5.00Owen was very courteous, patient and helpful. He provided us with detailed information about different historic sites while we were being transported to and from our hotel in Negril. My family was very pleased with the service he provided. It made the experience a memorable one. We have no reservations in recommending him and will definitely utilize his services on our return.
