We booked and paid online 2 days before. We contacted them the night before and the day of for pickup time. We were asked to bring cash for payment. They refunded the online payment, we brought cash. We were picked up and driven to a location, a venue, then we're told that nothing would be done that day due to the previous days rain. To top it off we were asked to pay the taxi driver. After we dropped off the guide the driver agreed that this was bad business and not "authentic" in regards to the real Fiji. Overall a wasted day due to this company and their poor planning and organization. I would avoid this part of their offerings. Maybe thier other offerings are better. But I would not chance it due to our poor experience.
