Godafoss
We travel along the beautiful Eyjafjörður fjord on our way to Goðafoss waterfall, with scenic mountain and ocean views along the route. Goðafoss, known as the “Waterfall of the Gods”, is one of Iceland’s most famous waterfalls and an important historical site connected to Iceland’s conversion to Christianity around the year 1000. You will have time to enjoy different viewpoints, take photos and experience the power and beauty of this impressive waterfall.
Laufas Heritage Site and Museum

5.00We had an excellent tour over 6 hours with Joanna and cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only did she give a great tour but gave a lot of information about the various sites and left us feeling we had seen as much of the highlights of Akureyri as there were to see. So much better in our small group of 6 than anything we could have booked with our cruise line and significantly better value! Joanna drove carefully and kept to the time we needed to be back at the ship. I recommend Joanna without hesitation and booking with her, you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars all the way in every respect.
