Our public tour on our brand new 49 passenger vessel! Meet our Guest Rep at your cruise ship dock and board our courtesy shuttle. Enjoy a scenic ride to the Auke Bay boat harbor and return (about 25 minutes each way). Each tour includes a dedicated stop to see the Mendenhall Glacier from the water (weather dependent). Enjoy the difference of a personalized tour! This 4 hour and 5 minute tour includes approximately 1 hour of round trip transfer time, 2.75 hours of whale watching/sightseeing cruise, walking on the dock to the boat, and bathroom breaks.

If on a cruise ship, we MUST know which one. There are five docks in Juneau, we will pick you up from YOUR cruise ship once provided.
Customers MUST reach out to Harv & Marvs directly to make sure they have the required pick up information. We are not liable for missed tours due to a lack of provided information. This information is crucial to our ability to provide this tour.

We are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our buses and smaller boats do not have ramps to get on board. In addition, our space is very limited. This tour is not recommended for those needing assistance to enter/exit our vessels.
Collapsible strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark, must be noted at time of booking

5.00Absolutely 100% unforgettable experience! 🐋 We went on a whale watching excursion and saw humpback whales, orcas, sea lions, and even an eagle—it was truly a mejestic. Captain Dalton and his crew were incredible from start to finish. I think they are the absolute best crew to get out on the waters with. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great view and a great time!. Coral was our MC and shared so many facts about the waters, species, rules & regs that keep these animals safe, protected & coming back to these waters year after year, You could tell she and the entire crew really love what they do, and their passion made the whole whale adventure even more special. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife experience!

5.00The ship was modern and comfortable. All glass windows with comfortable seating. The staff passed out soft drinks and snacks. All staff was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.We had multiple whale sightings and Seals basking on the shoreline. The ship also had state of the art technology. I highly recommend this tour company.

5.00A wonderful experience from the dock back to the dock. Nice accommodations on the boat Pharos with an amazing crew. Saw a family of Orcas and several Humpback whales. A wonderful way to experience the nature of Alaska!

5.00After much research we decided on Harv and Marv’s small boat 6 person tour. They did not disappoint! The small boat was fantastic and not jammed crowded like a lot of tour boats, plenty of room on the boat to stand outside the cabin on the open deck and take photos, no cramming of people hindering viewing or photo opts. Capt. Graham was very knowledgeable, pointed out many interesting facts and more importantly found whales for us. We seen 6 different whales and got great photos and learned about them individually. As an added bonus, Graham also took photos and then provided a link for us to download. I without hesitation give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them.

5.00Where do I start to thank the fabulous team taking us out yesterday. Capt Mac , Coral and Dale were so helpful , humorous and informative to make the trip so magical . There is never a guarantee with wildlife but they knew where to look . We had the pleasure is seeing Eyelet a few time , captured the fun a couple of times, and also another couple of whales. To have a day like it was is certainly one of the best days Evers. Grateful thanks to all involved - Pam

5.00Fabulously fantastic. We booked through shore excursion group rather than through our cruise ship. I believe our cost was about 180 each maybe a little more or less but all in all a great value for whatever we paid. The crew was waiting as we disembarked our cruise ship and we took a short yet informative shuttle ride to the marina where we boarded the Chilkat an extremely stable boat and great platform for whale watching. Our captain Alex and our guide Grace Anne were impeccable Im their knowledge and ability to provide us with a perfect whale watching experience. I can not imagine a better day of whale watching than what they provided along with the cooperation of the numerous whales which we saw. Understandably perhaps sometimes the whales do not cooperate as well as others. To our great fortune the whales were nearly everywhere.
