This class was a lot of fun! I learned new info about salmon and many ways to prepare it. Our local hosts were warm and welcoming! The food we prepared together was delicious. We enjoyed learning about life in Alaska from our hosts and chatting with our fellow guests! Highly recommend!

Lowest Amazing experience! Not only were Emily and Danielle most hospitable but the ingredients they used for our cooking experience as well as their ability to engage us for a delightful culinary experience made this our favorite excursion of the trip!

Great Time with Emily !!! Have caught lots of fish and it is always a good idea to know how to cook it. Here you get to cook it and have a great lunch afterwards. Great Views of the Tongass Narrows in Ketchikan and very close to many of the cruise ships.

This was a fantastic experience! Emily and Danielle put on a first class experience. It was a fun excursion and we got some wonderful recipes to use. The cooking we did resulted in some amazing food! Will do it again!

Emily and Danielle provided a wonderful cooking class! It was fun to utilize salmon in multiple dishes. I appreciated that both Emily and Danielle were from Alaska and supported other local businesses as well!

Ketchikan local here. I did the class with visiting family and another local friend. We ALL loved it and can’t stop talking about it. From the moment you walk in the door everything has been thought of and ready for you. I learned so much about ways to prepare and enjoy salmon, a staple in our home. I left with a new sense of excitement for the kitchen and full from the amazing final product, the meal! Emily and Danielle are excellent hosts. The vibe is relaxed, yet polished. You won’t regret booking and I encourage you to do so! Delicious in every way!
