1.00I purchased through this company tickets were never send. They took my money & never provided tickets & now I can’t get hold of anyone to get my money back. Horrible experience. I’m disputing with my credit card company.

3.00The Alhambra was marvelous but the buying experience horrible. I pay $300 for 2 tickets that cost $22 each. I understand it was last minute. I only received the tickets the same day at 10.30am for the entrance at 12pm after sending many messages and receiving different information. I was never inform that buying the tickets was in stand by. If I knew I will never had bought them. Also It was sold with turist train. I never received them. I was only a good experiences because we hired a private tour guide Alejandro that make the experience valuable. Lesson: before you pay investigate
Last minute EXPENSIVE ticket without Tour guide

3.00It was great to get last minute ticket but too EXPENSIVE! It was WITHOUT tour guide. Once you purchase then they call on WhatsApp and informed it’s without tour guide; you going go on your own. I had an individual tour on 14th Oct so package had the tour train; which wasn’t stopping Alhambra stop and it was difficult to find next stop of the train; which wasted 2 hours. Lack of communication and knowledge or there was no route map on the ticket. I tried to coordinate with the guy on watsapp who kept asking me to go up the hill; clearly he wasn’t aware about this update that during that particular week the train wasn’t stopping at Alhambra point. The guy was happy to refund but £7.20 which was no hop on hop off train ticket. This was absolutely ridiculous. I was on solo trip which caused more stress. On the website it shows €63 but while purchasing it cost €128. I wasn’t happy to get without tour guide.

2.00We bought the tickets for Alhambra ans narsid palaces for Sunday at 5:30pm but when tickets were issuws it was foe 11:30 am so we coudn't see Alhambra and the experience with ticket issuing agent was not good.
