A true island life experience in a well rounded all inclusive package with food, refreshments, complimentary cocktails, snorkeling gear and floating devices included, just bring a towel and swim suit. If you're less interested in snorkeling you'll have the opportunity to take a more relaxed approach and enjoy the island's beautiful beaches. If you are in full relaxation mode just hang out off the boat in crystal clear waters and let the crew pamper you with complimentary tropical drinks as you listen to some island music. It's a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation while enjoying some of the most beautiful places that Puerto Rico has to offer.

Afternoon Tour check in is at 1:30pm SHARP. Please plan accordingly.
Morning Tour check in is at 7:30 am SHARP. Please plan accordingly.
The drive to Safe Harbor Marina Puerto del Rey is about an hour from San Juan, please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure tour time.
Snorkeling gear including mask, snorkel, fins and floating belts are also included in the package. You may bring your own if you wish.
Free parking available and walking distance from vessel.
Valid Driver License or Government Issued ID is REQUIRED for check-in (NO exceptions).
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If experience is cancelled due to not meeting minimum number of travelers, you will be offered a different date or full refund.
This experience requires good weather. If experience is cancelled due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
Our vessel is US Coast Guard Certified for up to 49 passengers and we are only accepting a maximum of 39 passengers to ensure the best experience and comfort throughout our tour.
It is recommended that you bring a towel and wear a swimsuit underneath beach clothes.
Pets and service animals are not allowed due to the nature of the tour and limited space.
Not allowed onboard: beach chairs, umbrellas, strollers, coolers and hookahs.
Late arrivals or no shows the day of the tour are non-refundable. A non‑refundable rebooking fee of $50 per person applies directly with the tour provider, subject to availability. Please note that seats are reserved in advance and involve fixed costs; missed departures due to late arrival, no‑show/no‑call, oversleeping, or transportation issues are the customer’s responsibility.
Not allowed: children under 3 years old and pregnant women due to safety reasons.
If you are prone to motion sickness an over the counter motion sickness remedy is highly recommended 1 hour prior to check in.
Please call our office directly if you have any dietary restrictions or any food allergies at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour date.
This tour does not include ground transportation. You will not be offered a refund or rescheduled if you were not able to arrange transportation services in advance.
Destination of predilection is Icacos Island. However, we may need to make last minute changes and deviate to a different location nearby if sea conditions change or if there is any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the customer experience. We will always do our very best to take the customer to best area and provide the most enjoyable and safest experience.

Enjoy the beautiful deserted beaches of Icacos island and explore the diverse marine life of Lobos or Palomino island on the east coast of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Experience our clear turquoise waters, white sand and breathtaking views while being pampered by our amazing crew aboard vessel Tortuga. Our boat departs from Safe Harbor Marina Puerto del Rey in Fajardo and head straight to Icacos island for an approximate 15-20 minute boat ride. Once at the island our captain will take you to the best snorkeling spot for the snorkeling part of the tour, were you'll enjoy the marine life using our high-quality snorkeling gear and floating devices. After snorkeling time (1-hour approximate) enjoy our delicious tropical drinks, lunch, snacks and fresh fruit while listening to some island rhythms. After lunch time, soak up some rays at the beach, swim or float and enjoy the island views before heading back to Safe Harbor Puerto del Marina.

Duration: 5 hours: This tour is 5 hours including check in time.

Icacos island beach & snorkel : Travel time to our first location 15-20 minutes.
Snorkeling time 1 hour approximately.
Beach Time 2.5 hours approximately.
Newton PowerBoat 46' : Vessel has private bathroom and we currently accomodate 40 passengers max. per tour. (Vessel is certified for 49 passengers)
Beach & Snorkel - PM Session
Check in is at 1:30 pm: Check in is done at the boat at 1:30 pm. Tour time is from 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Duration: 4 hours: This tour is 4.5 hour aproximately from check in time to return time.
Lunch time: Turkey sandwiches, fresh pasta salad, fresh bean salad, chips and cookies. Also, sodas, water, rum and tropical drinks.

4.00Absolutely stunning water and beaches. It was gorgeous. Staff were organized and methodical. We all enjoyed the snorkeling. We took a similar trip in Costa Rica and had a guide pointing out things while snorkeling which would have been nice on this trip as there seemed to be a lot to see. Lunch and bar were good and the boat was clean and modern. This was a highlight of this trip for our group of six adults.

3.00All beaches in the area were red flag but this adventure wasn’t cancelled. It was pretty rough waters to get out to the island. We were only able to snorkel for about 30 minutes and no one in my family saw any fish! The water was stirred up so much from the undertow that you couldn’t see anything. My kids did like playing on the water mat while at the beach and digging in the sand but the waves were too strong even at that beach for them to play in the water because they were getting knocked over and there were many rocks that were getting scratched up on just trying to swim to the beach from the boat. Maybe a different time of year would be better but of course you’re not told that when booking.

5.00We had a great time on the snorkeling tour. If you're expecting to snorkel the whole time, the actual snorkeling portion is a minority of the trip, but it was the right amount of time. The beach on Icacos island was beautiful. Lots of other tour boats parked in the same spot so you won't be alone but it didn't feel crowded. The Caribe Bliss crew were great. The food they provided was really good, they were fun and friendly, and seems to thoroughly enjoy what they do. Would recommend.

5.00This trip was a blast, and the crew was wonderful and made sure we had an unforgettable day. We spent the day drinking fruity drinks, snorkeling, and floating in beautiful water. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who can make the trip. It was one of the highlights of our trip for sure!

5.00My girlfriends and I had a great boat tour. Would advise others to rent a car (if you don't already have) to drive to the Marina. Also to vigilantly reapply sunscreen, especially to your legs. The boat crew was super hospitable and nice that the food/drinks were included.

5.00This was a great experience with my partner. Caribe Bliss was so professional. Our first stop was to snorkel and we arrived at a reef before any other boats. The crew gave great directions on how to snorkel, were attentive to the safety of passengers and were very respectful of the environment. We saw lots of fish. We had been on another tour previously but this was far better. It cost more but was truly worth it. Crew members Tillia and two others were awesome. Captain Eckart was very capable. Food and drink were good. There were families on board who also had a wonderful time. Stop comparing tours and book this one.
