Your private driver will meet you at the airport or your hotel and escort you to your first destination. He describes the culture and the country and shares little known facts on the way. An example of just one of our tours: You arrive to the river where your guide meets you to go over safety rules and make sure you are comfortable and ready for your experience. You start your adventure down the class III and IV rapids with an experienced guide who demonstrates his skills navigating down the river. Hold on, smile and enjoy!! You will stop midway on the river shore for a unique lunch Pacuare river style! After lunch you continue down the river where you meet indigenous families and see native wildlife. Look for turtles, birds and sloths! At the end of the tour we meet up with our driver to take us back to the hotel. Pura Vida!! Well Done!!

2 Day overnight River Rafting. When we arrive to the river, your guide will share the details of the tour and what to expect. Get ready to run the river! In the next 2 hours you will experience the amazing scenery and rapids. When we arrive to the camp all your belongings are waiting for you. Be prepared to experience glamorous camping in the heart of the jungle! A wonderful meal prepared for you will be served by candlelight. After dinner you can relax and listen to the flow of the Pacuare river below. You will retire to private bungalows and listen to the sounds to the jungle.

Day 2: You will be greeted with a typical Costa Rica breakfast of eggs, gallo pinto, banana panckakes and fruit. Don't forget the coffee served with a smile! After breakfast head to the river for more adventure. The best part of the river awaits!! Be prepared for class III and IV rapids and getting wet. At the take out point our private driver is waiting to take you back to your hotel in one piece!! Hopefully!! :)

Next, we travel to the beach of Puerto Viejo where we can relax on the beach, snorkel and visit the Jaguar Rescue Center. Later take in the nightlife and the sites and sounds of the beach. Spend a day or 2 in the small town of Puerto Viejo enjoying the relaxing beaches, snorkeling, or roadside shopping. There are many restaurants and bars to relax in and enjoy the scenery.

5.00We had a crazy and wonderful time Rafting for a full day and ending the trip with a gorgeous lunch. Douglas was our very experienced raft guide, and Jonathan was our guide scanning the river by kayak. There was a lot of rain so the first rule was safety. We had great fun in the rapids and enjoyed the birds and nature along the river. We really recommend this as a 5 star activity discovering the beautiful region of Turialba.

5.00We just had a brilliant day rafting the Rio Pacuare with Turrialtours - thanks to Jonathan, Dotty and Melissa. Our family of 4 (two teenage girls) loved the experience - incredibly beautiful scenery, great fun rafting - we felt completely safe and yet it was totally exhilarating as well. They even managed to put on an amazing lunch, freshly prepared by the side of the river in a really beautiful place. I would definitely recommend this experience, with this company, to others. And then the best homemade ice creams on the way home :-) Pura vida! Gracias Jonathan, Dotty, Meli!!
2 Days Rafting Tour on Pacuare River

5.00My girlfriend and I booked a two day rafting tour. Before that, Jonathan (owner, guide) gave us excellent, intensive advice via WhatsApp. We were able to leave our rental car with a family where Jonathan and his wife picked up my girlfriend and I. We switched to the jeep and drove to the Pacuare River with Jonathon (20 minutes through the jungle). While we were rafting his wife took our things to the lodge where we would sleep later. Jonathan attaches great importance to safety, which is why we were instructed intensively about the various safety precautions before we even started. Since we Jonathan does not mix groups with others, Jonathan was our private guide and we had the entire river and nature just for us. The tour on the first day was about 2 hours in the middle of nature, where we could see a lot of butterflies, herons and other animals. The tour was physically demanding but not overwhelming. In between we stopped at a secret spot and went swimming. After about two hours of rafting we arrived at the Pacuare Outdoor Lodge (POC), where Jonathan freshly prepared small snacks and a cocktail for us. In our opinion, there were the best patacones that Costa Rica has to offer. There were 12 other people staying at the lodge who had also booked a rafting tour. In the evening there was a 3-course menu, which Jonathan also freshly prepared for us. We ended the evening together with Jonathan, his wife and a bottle of wine under candlelight and the typical jungle sound in the background. After a refreshment in the morning, the second (big) day of rafting started. Here we were no longer completely alone on the river, as this section is much more demanding. In addition to the three rafting boats, there were other people there to protect the route with kayaks, just in case. From start to finish there were three of us on the boat. On the second day we were on the road for about 6 hours including a lunch break with food. In addition, of course, there was always the opportunity to jump into the water for those who still haven't had enough of rafting. In our four weeks, this tour is one of our absolute highlights and we can recommend it as an insider tip to anyone who loves individual tourism, nature and adventure. 5.00I went to Turrialba for a week, I booked all this adventures from kayak in the river, water rafting,and zip linning and may more. It has been my favorite trip so far. I met Jonathan as our leader guide. I was blown away about all his attention, kindness and knowledge in the adventures. He make us feel like we were family. Every detail of this trip was carefully arranged and he was with us every step of this amazing adventure. Making me feel safe and thrill for every single adventure. Im more than satisfied with his service, I fully recommend to everyone. I would even go back again and I will booked with him again!!!

5.00I went on a all inclusive adventure trip with Jonathan Morales as my main guide that stayed with the group throughout the week. It was remarkable how knowledgeable Jonathan is and how he goes beyond expectations to help you experience unforgettable memories! I was one of the older people in the group, but I always felt included and patiently cared for. At no time did I not feel safe during quite adventurous activities like white water rafting, kayaking, zip lining, and others. I had a BLAST! I can highly recommend to go on a trip with Jonathan!
