The Karnak Temple
In the morning, our Egypt Tailor Made tour guide will escort you to visit the two Massive temples on the eastern bank of the Nile. The first one is the Karnak Temple Complex which comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings. Building at the complex began during the reign of Senusret I in the Middle Kingdom and continued into the Ptolemaic Period . It's a vast open-air museum, and the second largest ancient religious site in the world. It's mainly a place to worship the Theban triad (Gods Amon, his consort Mut, and their son Khunso).
Luxor Temple
The Second Temple is Luxor Temple which is believed that one of the ancient Egyptian festivals that was held inside the temple as there are different scenes on the walls representing the celebration of the festival. Its inner part was built by King Amenhotep III while the outer part was built by King Ramses II . After entering the temple you will find a mosque called (Abu Al-Haggag) which was built on the ruins of a church which were built inside the temple. To the rear of the temple, there are chapels built by King Thutmosis III and Alexander the Great.

5.00Together with the female guide Shimiaa Rabie we visited the King's Valley, the temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Shimiaa is an Egyptologist and you can tell; she has a lot of knowledge, speaks fluent English, liked to share her knowledge and she connected well with the questions of our adolescent sons. She clearly explained what to expect at which tomb and what you should definitely pay attention to. In short: a guide that is really an added value for your visit!

5.00We spent three days touring Luxor - 2 days on the West Bank and 1 on the East Bank. Our guide, Hamdy, was excellent! He was knowledgeable and entertained all our questions. We learned so much about ancient Egypt and modern Egyptian culture. The drivers were great too. Egypt Tailor Made was responsive and easy to work with. We also did a day in Cairo. Our driver and tour guide, Haythum, picked us up at the airport and we jumped into an awesome day at the pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum. We were in good hands the entire trip! Would highly recommend. They also arranged an hot air ballon ride for us and a hotel transfer. Our family of four agrees Egypt Tailor Made - made our trip fantastic!! An added bonus was supporting the local economy by booking with a local tour agency.

5.00Shimia Arabie was our tour guide for 3 days in Luxor! She was super fun, energetic, has great english, kind, smart, she really knows what she is talking about and she is passionate about it too! It was fun getting to know Shimia! We are going to miss her! The best tour guide! She helped us with everything and made sure that we were always okay! I would highly recommend her! We are going to miss her! She was also funny and very polite!

5.00Shamiaa Rabie, was an outstanding guide! Definitely 5 Stars! She guided with enthusiasm and a smile. Her English was excellent and she had a voice I could hear and understand. She was very informative but did not over burden us with unnecessary details. Shamiaa was always punctual in her appointments and very helpful in her suggestions and providing safety's tips. She was always with us and helped us make purchases in the markets. We would highly recommend her for any guiding activities!

She knew all the best spots in Valley of the Kings, and took pictures of me so I didn’t only have selfies. She took care of me like an auntie, making sure I wasn’t too tired and ensuring I arrived back at the airport safely. Thank you for a great day Ghada and ETM!

5.00Taylor made tour, tailored to our own needs! It was perfectly planned out and that credit goes to our cousin! Our guide worked incredibly hard to explain thousands of years of Egyptian history… and we worked equally hard trying to understand their accent. 😅 Together, we made a great team! Despite the language challenge, their energy and dedication made the tour unforgettable.

5.00It was an excellent experience! Shimiaa, our guide, arrived at the hotel right on time and shared the full history behind everything we were seeing. She also gave us plenty of time for photos and even pointed out the best spots to take them. Highly recommended! Our driver was also fantastic—he kept the car cool with the AC on and stayed on-site so we could safely leave our belongings behind. Coming back to a refreshing car made the day even better.

5.00Omg!!!!!!! What the wonderful time in Luxor. It could not be possible without Egypt tailor made!!!!!!!!! We were there 3 nights and got arranger 2 fully days with trips. Everything was perfect. Car, driver and the best guide ever Rania Raouf!!!!! Remember this name!!!!! Such a encyclopedia!!!! This lady knows everything about Egypt ( 2 masters and PhD). She put it all together. Made a short repetition from Old and Middle Kingdom and then started with New Kingdom ( Karnak Temple,Luxor Tempe and Kings valley). I could listen to her for hours.
