What To Expect
Your tour guide will be ready at Kusadasi Cruise terminal at pre-arranged time. ( Meeting time is vary for each cruise ship. We will email your pick up time in 24 hours after your reservation ) Your personal guide will have YOUR NAME sign at the port. Drive to Ephesus
Ancient City of Ephesus
Our first stop is Ephesus, famous in antiquity for its Temple of Artemis during the years of the Roman Empire, the Greek port of Ephesus became the greatest city in Asia Minor. You will start your Ephesus excursion at the upper Magnesia Gate, and work your way down through the city, ending near the ancient Harbor. Along the way you will see the Forum, the Odeon, the Library of Celsus, the Thermal Baths of Scolastika and the Great Theater, built in the Greek era and reconstructed in the Roman period. It has played host to programs as varied as Paul and his sermons to the Ephesians, to concerts by Sting, in part due to its remarkable acoustics. You will walk along the Arcadian Way, where once Mark Antony and Cleopatra rode in procession. You will hear stories of Alexander the Great, the Virgin Mary, and many other famous visitors who walked the same marble streets that you are walking.

5.00If you can request Ekim, please do! He was phenomenal in his specialized tour treatment of us! Not only was he knowledgeable about each place that we visited, but he was friendly, well versed in English, and very attuned to our needs as tourists. This experience was awesome and gave us a good historical and cultural perspective on a part of Turkey. The food was absolutely fantastic. You could tell from the preparation that each dish was tailored to give the most flavor to everyone eating it. It was an absolutely awesome experience! We even had a chance to sample mulberry juice which is now a favorite of mine thanks to our tour guide Ekim. He also guided us through the shops as we returned to our location. This was super helpful. Historical knowledge alone be worth the trip, but he was also personable and very friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this excursion, especially with Ekim!!!!

4.00We enjoyed our tour with Cankat. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the historical sites, especially ancient Ephesus. The only draw back is there are sales pitches built into the tour. We were brought to a leather producer for a runway show and our lunch included a carpet sales pitch. It is awkward. The market places in general are very aggressive trying to sell you things. I think this is just a cultural thing. I would have preferred if we were not brought to places for a sales pitch as a part of the tour. Also, the pictured lunch is not accurate. Lunch was pretty mediocre. There are a few small pieces of meat, which are very bland. The spread is fairly lack luster. Overall, we did enjoy this tour. There are just a few things to be aware of when booking.

5.00A private tour is certainly the best way of seeing the delights of Ephesus. We were transported in a new Mercedes vehicle and were accompanied at all times by our extremely knowledgeable guide. This private tour gave us extreme flexibility which enabled us to complete it at our pace.

5.00What an amazing tour! Mray was our guide and his knowledge of the sites and biblical/historical significance was fantastic. His professionalism and knowledge was second to none. He even quickly rearranged the tour in order to get us a better experience in Ephesus. This was perhaps the finest tour I have ever gotten and I have been all over the world.

5.00I wish I could give this experience more than 5 stars! What a perfect day and a perfectly curated excursion. Our guide Bobur was amazing and became a friend before our tour was through. Really can’t say enough good things about Kusadasi and Ephesus.
