Temple of Heaven

Your friendly tour guide will meet you in your hotel lobby. Then, you will be transferred to the Temple of Heaven. Emperors used to Warship God of Heaven here in order to obtain blessing for his family and people. There are lots of local Beijingners hang out in the morning, many interesting activities such as such Taichi, Yoga, dancing, poker and gymnastics, Stroll through the Temple of Heaven park and Experience local people's life .

Mr Aaron was a very gentle, kind, knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we asked. He took us to an authentic Chinese restaurant and went over his scheduled route and brought us back to our hotel. Had an amazing time

Our tour leader Mr Aaron was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and patient. We really enjoyed his company. Learned a lot about the beautiful Chinese culture, We surely share the info with any of our friends who come to China. Aaron told us that they have tours all over China. He also took us to an authentic/family business which had the best dumplings we ever had

We had the best day with Maggie! She was extremely easy to talk to and get along with. Her English was great and she seemed to genuinely care about making this tour a great experience for us and showing us the best of Beijing. She was patient with us as we wanted to take pictures, even if it out is a bit behind schedule, and expertly navigated the crowds. Lunch was delicious as well! I am sometime nervous those would be tourist traps, but the restaurant we went to was Michelin recognized and well known by locals that I spoke with. I’m so glad we got to see the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven and Hutong with Maggie!

I had such an amazing day with Sunflower Li. Li was the burst of energy and enthusiasm I needed to experience and enjoy Beijing to the max. I got to see and learn so much on this tour. Li took me to gorgeous locations, to a delicious and memorable lunch, and even got our drivers to drive past other sights, so I got to see as much of Beijing as possible in the limited time I had. Li had an impressively extensive knowledge of China's history and a knack for avoiding queues, so I got the most out of the day. Li took so many brilliant photos for me to share with family and friends, as well as making so many lovely memories. If you want a fun, informative, and exciting day out, then I would highly recommend Sunflower Li!!

I Took this tour sometime back -It was one of the highlights during my stay in Beijing.. My Tour guide was amazing-excellent English and very informative and also fun...I would have never appreciated all that I had seen without her and just navigating the city was made less stressful by her..We also went to very good dumpling restaurant for lunch.-Sunflower herself is very good at communicating and getting back to you in a timely manner as well as matching you up with a tour guide who she feels would be best fir for you . I would not hesitate one moment to book them again ...

We visited Beijing to see our son who was studying at Tsinghua University in a Masters program and on a short notice booked a tour with Sunflower. She took us to well known sites, but also to local places. She even bargained for us at the Silk market! She is very knowledgeable, funny, kind and a great photographer! We shared great conversations, amazing local food and she even took us to a traditional Chinese pharmacy to get “golden throat” lozenges for our dry throats. She is wonderful and we will definitely recommend her highly.

Sunflower picked up 5 of us for a first-time tour of Beijing, including the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and the Summer Palace. From the moment I met her, I was excited by her enthusiasm, her very excellent English, and her knowledge of everything Chinese. She kept us going for the whole day, and when we missed out on a portion of the tour because it closed earlier than expected, she sent each of us tins of tea to our hotel rooms and offered to pick us up the next day and take us. Alas, we had another tour starting that day and couldn't go with her, but she went out of her way to make everything right. I would recommend Sunflower Tours to everyone going to Beijing.

Sunflower is a fantastic guide who really knows her stuff. Her warmth, enthusiasm and knowledge of Chinese culture made my travel experience unforgettable. I think her passion for her hometown of Beijing and her careful attention to the needs of her tour guests adds an extra dimension that is hard to find in other tour groups. I can also enthusiastically recommend the carefully chosen sights she took us to see. The Forbidden City is an amazing place that will transport you back to the bygone days of China's Emperors and Empresses. And the Temple of Heaven was such a beautiful and mysterious place. I learned a lot about the ancient traditions and cultures from my visit there and it was like being transported back in time. Finally, we have the Summer Palace which is a stunningly glorious open air garden full of lakes, lotus flowers, gardens and beautiful pavilions. It was a very important place for the Chinese imperial family and a real treat to explore. Sunflower's intimate knowledge of Beijing and Chinese history enriched our experience considerably and I do not think we would have appreciated these places quite so much without such a capable guide. She was incredibly hospitable and helpful with all of our needs and made our vacation truly memorable and thoroughly enriching. We were so delighted to have such a professional and talented guide on our trip to China!

We really enjoyed this day out with Maggie...We would go as far to say that Maggie was the best tour guide we had during the whole of our china tour. She was warm, charming and was very good in what she does.. We would highly recommend her for anyone.
