5.00We had a great time with Amal! She was outgoing, knowledagble and friendly; we enjoyed our experience with her! The tour led us to see 2 waterfalls and a hotspring in the Alma-Arasan and Ayusai area. The hot spring is really an experience in itself, worth going for anyone looking to be out in the wild and seeking a stress-free experience.

5.00We had an amazing time. Very good relaxed trip with short hike full of snow in middle of mountains and stream. One can take hot spring bath in snow fall. Amal was very informative and always engaging If you are looking for relax getaway in mountains from Almaty this one is must for you

Our trip with Kazakhstan Guided Tours was truly unforgettable, and a big reason for that was our amazing guide Luba ❤️ From the very beginning, Luba was extremely warm, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. She made us feel comfortable like family, not just tourists. Every place we visited was explained beautifully — not just facts, but stories, culture, history, and local life, which made the journey even more meaningful. The locations were breathtaking, especially in the snowy mountains. Everything was well-organized, well-timed, and stress-free. Even in cold weather, Luba ensured everyone was safe, comfortable, and enjoying every moment. Her hospitality, patience, and positive attitude truly stood out. 5.00We had an absolutely wonderful trip and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was perfectly organised, making the journey comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable. The ride was very comfortable, with a small group size, which made the trip feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed or crowded. This allowed us to enjoy the scenery and each stop at our own pace. A big highlight was the traditional lunch, which was not only delicious but also gave us an authentic taste of local culture. It felt thoughtful, home-style, and very well arranged. Most importantly, our guide Zhenis deserves special mention. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to everyone’s comfort and safety. His explanations, local insights, and positive energy truly elevated the entire trip. 5.00I joined the Alma Arashan and Ayusai Mountain tour and it was such an amazing experience! We were picked up in a comfortable, clean van, and our guide Serzh was truly kind. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything about the places we visited, including local stories and Kazakh culture. He also took great photos and videos for us and made the whole trip fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour and especially Serzh

4.00Amal was a nice guide. The waterfall area was Abit icy so they rightly decided to avoid it. Other than that, the views and food were nice. Had alot of fun with my mum.
