Exploring Sung Sot cave. This is one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations which couldn’t be found anywhere else. The path to the mouth of Sung Sot Cave is under a canopy of leaves. Walking through steep stone steps, tourists may have the feeling of climbing on mountains and experience the excitement as if they are stepping to the sky.

1.00Where to start. First of all, we booked onto the 3day, 2night tour. After confirming this booking with the company themselves prior to the trip, we were told that our boat would be returning to mainland on the second day, and checkout would be 9:45am. Obviously we raised this with the cruise management as well as the contact number we had. Our tickets and booking confirmation clearly say the duration. We were dragged through 3 hours of being told we made a mistake and so forth, with the eventual outcome being ‘everything will be resolved tomorrow, don’t worry’. This ruined what turned out to be our only night on the cruise. The next morning we were invited to Hanoi but we had other plans. We then had no further contact despite multiple messages and requests - being left on read. The boat itself is not 5* - the rooms are dated and in need of better cleaning and the food was 5/10 at best. I wouldn’t pay the amount we paid for 2 nights, let alone 1. We feel ripped off. Avoid this company at all costs as there is much better alternatives. Terrible customer service and an absolute scam.

5.00We did one night cruise and we had an amazing experience with Amanda’s cruise. They made special Indian vegetarian food in all the meals including breakfast We had such a great time. @hannah was great in the morning cave excursion , she was guiding everyone politely and was very patient with elders. She was not rushing any one, she was making sure that everyone has a great time and she was taking pictures for everyone

4.00Lovely trip and tour with very nice and enthusiastic staff. Would recommend this tour, however, would also recommend bringing cash for any extras/tips etc. We bought drinks, etc on board at dinner and when paying on check out, it was cash only or a very steep mark up to pay by card. Overall, would recommend but definitely bring cash.

5.00We had a great time! Excursions were great, the ship itself is a beautiful property with stunning views. James from the dining took really good care of us, being really attentive and friendly. Andres was a great manager along with Mart. Overall, we had a great time and would totally recommend it!

5.00The cruise experience was really great. Everything from the room and food was really tasty. Victor and the entire cruise staff was very pleasant and helped us with all activities. Would highly recommend. The only thing that could improve is having coffee and water available with meals. Today you have to buy it
