Very good experience. A day with our guide Mr. Chinh so kind, pleasant and competent in all his explanations about coffee, pepper, cocoa and rubber crops and the region. I highly recommend it for your next visits to Buon Ma Thuot.

We asked Ha to guide our group of friends around the Yok Don National park where we spent a couple of hours with elephants and had boat on the park river. On the way back he took us to a cocoa farm where he showed us how chocolate is made and organised a tasting of different chocolate drinks. Rating 10/10

Natural factors such as weather, terrain,... and care processes have helped coffee become a specialty of Buon Ma Thuot City. Each pure Buon Ma Thuot coffee bean goes through a careful care, harvesting, and selection process. Combined with proper processing and roasting methods and techniques to create unique specialties of Buon Ma Thuot. Buon Ma Thuot coffee specialties are created by the people living here. Coffee farmers in Buon Ma Thuot are always dedicated to their profession, constantly learning to develop and bring the best, most quintessential coffee beans. On the other hand, natural factors such as rich soil, suitable climate, humidity, temperature, and rainfall are very suitable for growing coffee. Groundwater and sufficient water sources combined with basalt red soil provide nutrients to make Buon Ma Thuot specialty coffee beans rich and naturally delicious.

Its not the elephant ride as impressive as you may believe. I had the same thought initially. However when you see the sunsine on the lake, the traditional wooden boats and the fishers you understand how magic is the nature there. Furthermore the visit of the village, the amazing guide and his information travell you to another world, another century. Ethnical minority that still lives in the same place with its animals, fishes with traditional ways, believe in the existence of multi«gods» and has a matriarchal structure as community. It is so rare to find such a real traditional and unique population, and at the same time such a great guide. (He was also kind and fair with money, I gave the half of the amount in usd and he calculated the currency, with the official currency!! First time I saw it in vietnam) Dont miss it. Even if the elephant part is a bit touristic, the whole experience is once in lifetime. Its like reading pages of national geographic!
