You will be visiting the town of Ajlun with its fortress; one of the best preserved examples of medieval Arab military architecture in the entire Middle East, which was once governed by Saladin. Enjoy the magnificent view into the Jordan Valley. Proceed to visit the Greco-Roman City of Jerash, also known as the City of the thousand columns. Jerash showcases the grandeur of Imperial Rome (and is sometimes referred to as the Pompeii of the East). It is considered one of the largest, and most well preserved sites of Roman architecture in the World outside Italy. As the most pristine Decapolis City (meaning ten cities in Greek) in the modern world, Jerash’s prosperity can be admired in the colonnaded main street and lovely Oval Piazza. Return to Amman. (No accommodation booked).

SUPER RECOMMENDED! Unfortunately I cannot share the experience in Jordan with this Tour Operator due to the cancellation of the trip due to the current crisis in the Middle East. However, I can share with great pleasure the experience I had in the preparation of the Tour and in assisting with the refund of the deposit given (obviously with the cancellation occurred within the terms of the contract). Both in the planning of the tour and during the cancellation phase I was followed by Victoria with extreme kindness, care, patience and purposefulness. Victoria has always been to respond to every mail with precision and speed. I can only recommend this travel agency given the assistance received and we will CERTAINLY reschedule a trip with them as soon as possible, I hope very soon.

Our tour of Jordan with Jordan Select Tours, encompassing four nights and five days, was excellent. They whisked us through border formalities at the Israel/Jordan King Hussein crossing, and off we went. Ajlun, Jerash, Amman, Madaba, Petra, and Wadi Rum. The hotels Jordan Select Tours proposed were true five star establishments, super comfortable and luxurious (with the exception of our night in Wadi Rum, where the accommodations were more 3-4 star level). The tour guides Jordan Select Tours arranged for us to meet at each site were very knowledgeable - although their abilities in English varied. At worst, we had to ask a guide to repeat himself, but otherwise they were fine. Our primary contact in planning this trip - over several years because of Covid - was Shireen, who was extremely patient and conscientious in answering all questions and making an effort to go above and beyond to ensure we were pleased. In choosing a private tour like Jordan Select Tours offers one's driver/guide is key since he is at once a driver/protector/arranger/facilitator all in one. Our driver, Esam, was excellent. He was extremely friendly, generous with sharing his knowledge of the Jordanian experience, diplomatic when need be, etc. Our wonderful trip to Jordan - which we loved - is very much tied with what Esam "brought to the party." High marks here. And most important, one day before our tour was supposed to end the Israel/Hamas war broke out and we were supposed to be dropped off at the Aqaba/Eilat (Israel) border the following day, Jordan Select Tours didn't drop us like a hot potato. They were extremely professional in getting us back to Amman (at a charge, of course), booking a five star hotel for three nights, and having Esam wait for us at our airline's Amman office (during a rather stressful day) as we changed our itinerary from Israel to Istanbul, then back to the US. Jordan Select Tours really proved their worth on October 7 and 8, 2023. I would highly recommend Jordan Select Tours without hesitation, as well as Esam. Should we go back to Jordan, we would only do so through them. Five stars, and thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

We spent the day with Raed Al Wahsh who was not only kind, but also an excellent driver and guide for our day in Aljun, Jerash, and Amman. We even spent lunch at a fantastic restaurant per his suggestion - he helped us order all the things to have the perfect end to our day! Thank you Jordan Select and thank you Raed!

Our guide was the best. From.the moment we arrive to the airport everything was arrenged and smooth. The visas the car and the whole visit was perfectly on time and with the knowledge of all sites to perfection. The kindness and welcoming of all the staff was incredible. The hotels they arrenged were in perfect location and very nice and comfortable. Our guide Hasan always had a smile and the best disposition to make us enjoy and know Jordan. We took the private tour and he drove us around always in a nice comfortable and clean car. Always looking for us to have water and taking us to places to eat that will blow your mind. He explained everything to us and made the experience a lot more valueble that we payed for. Thank you for all the staff behind and Hasan for the best first time to Jordan we will sure be back for more.
We visited all of the major historical sites in Jordan as well as taking a cooking class, star gazing in the desert.

My wife and I did a 12 day tour of Jordan. Raed Alwhash was our driver the entire time. He provided great advise regarding the sites we visited. He was professional, prompt and courteous. The tour company was also excellent. They booked lovely hotels in safe areas. They had previousl fully refunded our deposit during the CoVid cancellations and also refunded an overpayment I had made for this years trip. The company also looked after our lost luggage from our flight and returned it to us.

Very adaptive and flexible to be with your own driver. Our driver was very incentive and did optimise our trip. Fantastic experience, great organisation from Jordan Select Tour. Esra our interface was very reactive and we did enjoy every minute of the trip.
Mr. Esam runs a a highly professional organization and he lived up to our very high expectations.

We had the most remarkable tour with Jordan Select Tour. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides Mr. Esam truly cared about us, and did his best to make this trip memorable. For us, this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of our life - something we will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. Mr. Esam is the best tour guide and driver ever, he is patient and take care of us, always pick up us on time, even we missing his wine opener, we really sorry about that! Beside, Mr.Esam never disappointed is by bring us to try local food and make us laugh all the way from Amman to Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea and all the way back to Amman, every new activity offered new experiences. We definitely will be back!

My wife and I recently ( October 2022 ) had the opportunity to book with Jordan Select Tours. They were excellent. Attention to detail, cleanliness of vehicles, on time, they showed a personal interest in what we wanted to do in order to make us happy. Shireen and WaEl are the best. Jerash & Ajluan Castle day trip

Great tour of Jerash ruins (it was as nice as anything I ever saw in Rome, or anywhere else), and then followed by Ajluan Castle. It was a really tour. The only thing I would do differently is I’d go to the Castle first, the see Jerash, because I’m the kind of person who likes to save the best for last. Otherwise, it was a perfect day. My driver was Wesam (I had him on all of my tours), and he was such a great guy.
