We only serve alcoholic drinks for travellers 18 years old and above (proof of ID can be asked for). Minor travellers below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drink

1.00I had been looking at this trip on TripAdvisor, got an email asking if I was still interested. I was, signed up thinking I was signing up for a cruise from Anne Frank House. The email confirmation didn't specify location. Got the ticket just before time, it said cruise was at Centraal Station. My wife had a blister, we couldn't get there timely. Eco refused to refund. Verify location on ticket, don't trust TripAdvisor email, and don't expect reasonable customer service from Eco.

5.00The sunset cruise was a perfect end to our day in Amsterdam. We did a morning cruise as well, but the evening cruise is quieter, more relaxed, and beautiful. Our guide, JJ, could not have been better.

5.00Wonderful cruise with Noud. Perfect driving, nice conversation and good information about the city! We played some trivia games as well which made it fun.

1.00Definitely does not match the description. On the boat we were behind the driver, and couldnt hear a word of what he was saying. Paid for unlimited drinks and noone on the boat to give you another drink after the start, conplete waste of time paying for more than 1 drink. Tried for over 15 minutes to get drivers attention woth no success. Eventually got a second drink. Made to feel i was asking for something i shouldnt have been asking for.
