Our Amsterdam Food Tour is a walking tour in small groups through the charming streets of the city. Led by a local expert, you'll explore iconic eateries and hidden gems while learning about their history, unique preparations, and cultural significance.

This tour is a perfect blend of authentic Dutch flavors and a relaxed walking experience with a local friend. Enjoy a full meal across at least four stops, tasting some of the most traditional Dutch dishes: rich and creamy cheeses, crispy Patatje Oorlog, fresh herring, savory beef croquettes, or the famous stroopwafels. And, of course, no Dutch food experience is complete without pairing it with a local beer!

The Munttoren is a tall, slender tower with a clock and a decorative spire. It has a historic, Dutch Renaissance style with a mix of brick and stone. Located at Muntplein, it was once part of a city gate and later used for minting coins.

    Experienced Guide Todd shared in depth history of Amsterdam and excellent food choices . The cheese shop had a very large selection to choose from. The waffles and chippies were tasty and a great little local pub for lunchtime specials.All round 5 stars. Thanks for a great day Todd. 4 little Aussies on tour 😁

    My wife and I had a fantastic tour with our guide , Todd Brown. He was fun , engaging and knowledgeable ! As we walked and sampled the various foods of Amsterdam , Todd filled us in on the history of this exciting city. We’ve done this type of tour all over the world , but this was by far the BEST one we have done by far - thanks mainly to Todd ! I have some slight mobility issues due to a recent surgery and Todd constantly made sure I was ok. I/we would very highly recommend this tour ( request Todd) for a thoroughly delightful way to experience Amsterdam. My wife said if we could vote 3 x each for Todd we would !!!

    Todd was an excellent guide! He went at a great pace and told us lots of entertaining (and historical) stories as we ate our way through the city. There was plenty of food for a full meal so come hungry!
