5.00We did the 48 hour bus and canal tour. It was very convenient, wait time appropriate and we got to visit the majority of the top sites in Amsterdam. Very affordable way to travel around the city.

5.00Have travelled many cities and done the sightseeing bus. Amsterdam was a little tricky in that there are no signs for the buses or number stops so you know where you are. Apparently not allowed to display so have to ask others a few times to make sure you a waiting at the right place, otherwise a great city. The boat was alot easier and well worth the 2 hours round trip going round the canels seeing city very differently.

3.00We have used and will likely use Hop On Hop Off tours in the future. We have always liked them as a starting point ot a new location to get the lay of the land. In purchasing the 24 hr. pass I expected the clock to start running the first time we boarded a bus and be available for use for 24 hrs (i,e, board bus today at 11:00 am tickets good until 11:00 am tomorrow). Boarding the bus in Amsterdam Oct. 22 about 11:45 am the driver looked at the ticket said OK, but did not scan them. I thought OK I have the digital tickets I'll use them until Oct. 23 11:45 am. When I got up Oct. 23 and went to open my tickets they gone, so we couldn't use the bus that morning. Disappointed in the fact that it was not made clear the tickets wouldn't be valid on the 23"rd.

1.00Worse experience in all our years of traveling and booking Viator Tours. Bus Driver tried to scam 2 people in our group. Wouldn’t let them in unless they tipped him first

5.00Cruising the waterways is a great way to experience this wonderful city We had been before so knew what to expect 1 week is never long enough but it was all we could afford this time Crowds were quite disruptive as there a lot of protests which badly affected how we got around. Trams were cancelled so we couldn't get the tour on day 1 and had to get a taxi back on day 2 which cost a lot because he had to drive around the blockade to get back to the hotel. This was in no way the fault of the tour operator - just our experience on the day
