For the most part, you can enjoy beautiful current day Amsterdam whilst you can listen to the audiotour (Dutch or English). At 7 locations you will put on your VR headset, which will show you your direct vicinity 400 years ago during the 17th century. Visitors get to see:

5.00We found the tour very successful, the host and skipper are very friendly, we got one consumption. The explanation was fine, in short, a very nice experience, maybe the VR part could have been a bit more.

4.00Did a VR boat trip last Tuesday afternoon. Surprising. Very formative and what an enthusiastic Captain Joost and his friendly buddy Mariëlle did really great! We admire young entrepreneurs and wish them lots of beautiful, fun boat trips! Good luck! We wish you a lot of visitors and who we will visit! And visitors it's really worth it, educational but also relaxing and fun!

5.00Absolutely amazing canal tour experience with VR. We felt like we time travel to 1600s of Amsterdam. The visuals, story telling and information is incredible through the VR. The captain and the guide were super friendly. We went on 31st of December, so it was incredibly cold outside and the boat was cozy and warm inside. Whether you are new to Amsterdam or Netherlands or if you have lived here your entire life, I am sure, there will something new to learn. Highly recommend!! ✨

Good information was given about the canals of Amsredam now and in the past Nico told with great enthusiasm and li gde about the city of A’dam. The experience with the VR glasses was very nice!! And finally it was also on a beautiful boat! In short; Highly recommended for a great price.

5.00What a unique and special experience; sailing through the canals of Amsterdam, as soon as you put on the VR glasses you are really back in time. You have a 360 degree view of what Amsterdam looked like between 1600 - 1700. Not only the image was very surprising; a lot of information was told. How did Amsterdam come to be? Who all lived there? Everything shows that a lot of time and energy has gone into making this experience happen, we were very impressed! You don't have to wear the VR glasses all the time, but you don't have to because the differences between the past and the present are very visible in this way. Also nice: the VR glasses and ears were cleaned well. On the boat we got a drink and there was a toilet.
Top VR experience, as if you were just as real in the 17th century!

4.00We had a very special experience with this virtual boat trip. Why I don't give it 5 stars is that I would have liked to see even more in VR, but otherwise everything was GREAT! The boat is beautiful, the decor is great too, you sit comfortably, get a drink and the VR experience is very cool! You also get a lot of information about Amsterdam in the 17th century, much more than I expected.
