During this 75-minute interactive workshop in the heart of Amsterdam, you’ll sit down with brushes, paint, and a blank ceramic tile. Your instructor will explain the story of Delftware and show you easy techniques to paint classic blue-and-white patterns or create your own design. Whether you choose traditional tulips, windmills, or something completely original, you’ll take home a lasting memory of your visit. 5.00Painting on ceramics was super fun and not difficult at all. Belinda has explained everything super well (German and English) and tries to be on hand with everyone immediately. She also shared tips and tricks with us. Incidentally, there were drinks, stroop waffles, music and fun facts about Amsterdam. The course itself was longer than I thought for my sister and I, but we got the time we needed without pressure and stress. You should plan enough buffers for another action. All in all, it was a top event that is highly recommended.

5.00I have spent a long time trying to fathom what this whole blue / white art style is. I mean ive seen it in different Asian countries as well but apparently it’s a Dutch thing. The host Jon was really good in explaining this art style and nuancing its history. My painting skills were not a 100% but we made some nice tiles! Recommend 10/10✅

5.00The tile-painting experience was excellent. The staff explained everything clearly, the materials were high quality, and the environment was calm and well-organized. The instructions were easy to follow, but they still gave enough freedom to be creative. The timing was perfect—not rushed, not slow. My finished tile came out better than expected, and the whole session felt personal and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, creative activity.

5.00Amazing! Great Staff. Painting the tiles was a joyful experience. Mine was blue, and had a little flower on it. Would repeat.
