2.00Terrible experience. Very unorganized and stressful process for getting on and off buses. 260 people on 4 buses. Just told everyone to get on bus, not which bus for what individuals….. pushing and shoving free for all. Told everyone to get on same bus for the return, which makes sense. But when buses roll up…. One at a time ….surprise people getting on any bus they want…. people saying they were told to get on any bus, not sure if that was true but based on the lack of information and organization.. possible. And very stressful! Never would recommend this company. And no information given about where to go, which lines for purchase tickets, already purchased ticket, museum versus ancient site location. Mass chaos at the museum.

5.00The staff at Grekaland had great communication. I emailed them a few days before to inquire as to how to find them when we got off the ship and their directions were spot on. We left on time and the tour guide was fantastic, telling us about the history of Olympia. When we arrived, he was available to answer any questions that we had. We left on time and had a great ride back. The scenery was beautiful.

4.00Tour was as expected but I was using a walker rollator. I was also carrying a cane. I can use either to help my mobility. I wasn't sure which I could use in the ancient Olympic site so took both. I was told the day before that I could leave one of the two on the bus while we explored the ancient historical site....but the bus driver wouldn't let me leave one on the bus when we got there which was going to be the cane...he wasn't going to let either one stay on the bus. That was very annoying needing to tote both along...
Highly recommend this Olympia transfer!

4.00Fantastic transfer to Olympia on a modern, air-conditioned coach. Very well organised and exceeded our expectations with information on the local area during the drive. The only issue was locating the meeting point as the gps details on Viator were incorrect and sent us to another store where they tried to sell us tickets for a different transfer. It would be helpful to update the details to specify its the blue Greka Land building visible as you leave the port. Whilst we arrived 15 minutes early, the group were led to the coach area before the specified start time so it would also be useful to ask guests to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early. Overall, we would highly recommend this option for a stress free transfer as it is much better value than alternatives.
