Head towards the Annapurna Base Camp from Pokhara passing through several hilltop villages along the way. The beauty of the locations and the thrill of travelling through forests and above gorges make this a perfect adventure.
Annapurna Base Camp is considered the home of the gods by the locals and upon reaching there it does feel that the place has something divine. You will trek on the foot of the majestic Annapurna massif, walking past mountains over 21,000 feet in altitude. We will take you through such a route that you will visit all the beautiful villages on the way there and back.
Altitude – From 4,600 feet at Kathmandu to 13,550 feet at Annapurna Base Camp
Difficulty – Most days of the trek will be spent in lower Himalayas so they should not be as tough. But we do go over 10,000 feet and climb for hours on end which will put pressure on your legs and test your grit.

You have to bring all your trekking equipment by yourself. See our standard equipment list below. If you forget anything, you can purchase these in Kathmandu or rent it for the trip from us for a small fee.
Please make sure you take a travel insurance at home before arriving here. It is mandatory and you cannot take it in Nepal. Your insurance agent will know which insurance plan suits your travel.
It is advisable that you free up a few days before and after your trip schedule. For reasons beyond our control like flight delays, accidents and natural hazards, the itinerary may have to be altered.
Please inform us and our guides if you have any medical condition that might affect your trip. Please consult your doctor beforehand for any precautions you need to take and always carry medicines if you need them. However, our guides and local support staff have been trained in basic medical intervention and your travel insurance covers any emergency rescue or evacuation.
You may decide to alter your itinerary to some degree as long as there are no time constraints and everyone consents, if you are travelling in a group. Talk to us before embarking on the trip or you may also talk to our guides to see if we can arrange something. One thing we have learned from mountaineering all these years is however good you plan your journey, there are bound to be some improvisations to make our experience richer.

5.00I did the Annapurna Base Camp trek with MountainKick, and it was an incredible experience! The trip was very well organized, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our guide was amazing — friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the mountains and local culture. He always made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. The trek itself was beautiful, with changing landscapes every day — villages, forests, waterfalls, and finally the stunning view at Base Camp surrounded by snow peaks. It was truly worth it! 5.00Dhanyabad!!!! That is thank you in Nepalese for all out there. My friend and I recently visited the Annapurna Base camp with the help of the MountainKick.The trek was amazing, we were blessed by the weather and got some amazing views of the peaks throughout our trek, especially at the Base Camp. Our guide, Jeevan, was great. Always good humored and made every day lots of fun. Overall we enjoyed every moment of being in the mountains. The best part was to have breakfast with the stunning view of the Mountains. The trail past the Modi Khola River and a forest towards Bamboo were amazing. Also, to add waking up at the base camp with 360 views of the gigantic mountain was amazing. We could not believe our eyes when the sun rays hit the top of Mount Annapurna. Definitely would recommend anyone who love hiking to go on this adventure. Mountain kick for sure is the best to book with. Namaste!!!

5.00The trip to any large mountain range in Nepal is never easy but when you are in the hand of Kumar Thapa's company Mountain Kick, rest assured that just about everything is either catered for before you have even asked, and if anything isn't, it will almost certainly be granted. This is a brilliantly organised trek led by a master of the mountains, who knows what to do in cases of difficulty and emergency and how to help you enjoy and understand the scenery when things are going well. 5.00The entire trip was well planned out, from landing in Kathmandu to starting our trek a few days later. The accommodations were excellent and food was amazing, and our guide was very knowledgable about the entire trek and the area. I was able to learn a lot about Nepalese culture from conversations with our guide, and he always had us stay places with authentic Nepalese food and comfortable lodging.

5.00I was in a group of about 8 which I thought was a lot of people but our two guides handled it brilliantly. We were always staying at a place with an amazing view and great food which added to the whole Nepalese experience. When we had a problem with something they would sort it out quickly and easily which was very nice. A very good experience.
