Arrived 90 mins late, no WiFi no tv no air con. The driver got lost, so added time onto the journey. Was rude and constantly on the phone and then had the cheek to charge £10 for the soft drinks that were supposed to be free (included) Still waiting for a response from Viator

Experience was ok, unable to find driver at airport for a while, no WiFi as stated in the description, driver also spoke no English which was requested, comfortable vehicle so no complaints there, just didn’t get everything that was promised.

Comfortable van with water. On time and met at Airport. Temp was around 40, and due to traffic we had to endure as a family of 3 adults and 3 children being stuck in a 6 seater with no opening windows and NO Air Conditioning for nearly 2 hours, we were all exhausted and drenched with sweat on arrival.
