Pamukkale is stunning with its white terraces and ancient Hierapolis ruins—absolutely worth visiting despite the tourist crowds. We booked via Viator and our smart young guide Apo made the trip truly meaningful with his knowledge and energy. Highly recommend going early and with a guide like him!

As for the transfer, the places visited and the lunch I would have gladly given 5 stars. Too bad for the Ercan guide who seemed more like a chaperone/marshal, data subject only to the logistics of the tour (which a chaperone would do) rather than to explain and describe the places we would visit. We opted not to include entrance fees and for this reason he dumped us alone in a camping area without informing us. He answered many questions without listening and seemed to just want to make his American accent heard but explained practically nothing. When I was asked if I could take a bath he laughed in my face and told me that maybe I didn't understand what he had explained when I understand English perfectly and I listened to everything he said. Definitely excited and totally uninterested in culture but simply pointing out where we could buy things and asking for a positive review at the end of the tour. I doubt that anyone in our group can say anything positive about the way they "guided" during the tour.

I and my mom joined the group. The experience was awesome.. Starting from picking up from hotel to arrive at the destination everything was well organised. We truly enjoyed the tour. Our guide Inci was exceptionally well versed in managing the overall program. Her welcoming attitude, guidance, support and overall description of the spots made our tour super pleasant. It shows her dedication to the work. Overall superb!
