5.00I and my mom joined the group. The experience was awesome.. Starting from picking up from hotel to arrive at the destination everything was well organised. We truly enjoyed the tour. Our guide Inci was exceptionally well versed in managing the overall program. Her welcoming attitude, guidance, support and overall description of the spots made our tour super pleasant. It shows her dedication to the work. Overall superb!

4.00Day DE our hotel. The mistletoe DE Inci that accompanied us all day did a remarkable job of explanation and description on all the places. However, we validated the option with French audio guide. Unfortunately we did not have it which made the visit very complicated and disappointing. The visit was conducted in full EN in English. Yet before DE validation it was the only one to offer it with the audio guide option F. This also explains the 4 stars. After a discussion with Viator, they awarded us DEnt a compensation of 27€ out of the 205€. This excursion remains very widely recommended.
No assistance despite several whatsapp messages.

3.00We didn’t have the French audio guide option which ruined the whole visit. I wrote to the tour operator via whatsapp for compensation and DE return! Not serious at all while our friends who made the same claim had them compensation!
