A Very interactive experience you will make your own truffa and chocolate, learn how the mayan civilization discover the chocolate and process the cacao beans to create a hot chocolate. Is a nice opportunity to do something original in yor time in Guatemala.
Also after the workshop will have the induction to a process the coffee since the plant, Wet mil, dry mill, roasting and degustation of a cup of real and 100% pure coffee.
Before to come back to cruise terminal we will pass for a sightseeing in the colonial city Antigua Guatemala.

our staff will pick you up in the welcome hut in cruise terminal and drive to Antigua. Takes 1:45 minutes. After we will get a complete tour from the plant to the cup. Watching all coffee process, Wet and Dry mill, roasting, packaging and degustation one of the best coffees in Guatemala Antigua Coffee. After we will have a workshop of 45 minutes to prepare the most deliciuos chocolates and learn and discovering how the mayas discover the process and after was sent to europe to become a delicatessen around the world. Finishing these two experiences will drive to Antigua will have a sightseeing and back to Cruise termial.

4.00Long drive to plantation and Antigua-road was VERY rough. No one was actually working at the plantation so it was a little hard to imagine everything that goes on
