Shirley Heights
Perched high above English Harbor, the view from Shirley Heights is simply amazing. If offers a breathtaking view of the yachts moored in the harbor below. Named after Governor Thomas Shirley who fortified the harbor in 1781. On a clear day, neighboring islands can be seen from this vantage point.
Nelson's Dockyard
Nelsons Dockyard, named after Admiral Horatio Nelson, a British naval officer who lived in this Royal Navy Dockyard between 1784 to 1787. Fully restored to its original splendor, the 18th /19th Century buildings of the Dockyard is home to any modern amenities. Trained tour guides on hand to enlighten you on the history of the Dockyard

5.00Lots of information about the island, very friendly tour guide (Cycro, he pointed out so many little things about the islands that when it was over, you felt like you’d been there your whole life. Kids were not board and engaged as well

5.00We had an incredible 3-hour island tour with Rasheed, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Antigua. From the moment we met him, Rasheed was warm, personable, and full of knowledge the kind of guide who instantly makes you feel like you’re touring the island with a longtime friend. What really made the experience special were the thoughtful, authentic touches he added throughout. He didn’t just show us the postcard perfect views (which were breathtaking!) he also brought us deep into the heart of the island’s culture. He made a special stop so we could try local favorites like bull foot soup and seasoned rice flavors we never would’ve found on our own. That alone gave us a deeper appreciation for the richness of Antigua’s culinary traditions. Rasheed’s pride in his island is infectious, and his easygoing nature made the entire tour feel relaxed, fun, and completely immersive. If you’re visiting Antigua and want a tour that’s not just sightseeing but a genuine experience ask for Rasheed. You won’t regret it. Highly, highly recommended!
