Learn to cook your favorite Thai dishes experience the exotic herbs and spices that make Thai cuisine one of the world’s culinary delights. Your instructor SOW has 10 years of cooking and chafing experience in some of Thailand's large and five-star hotels and restaurants. We use our very own homemade curry paste along with lots of other fresh produce to bring out the best flavor in a variety of dishes. You will experience every step on how to become a successful Thai chef, from the beginning of the course until the end!
• Learn by a practical, hands-on approach and are able to choose your own 5 dishes to cook to impress your friends and family.
• Learn basic fruit carving methods and techniques, proper use of fruit carving tools, selection of fruit for quality, care of fruit after carving.
• Enjoy the food that you have created just the thing when you want a break from the beach. Complimentary cookbook.
• Enjoy the convenience of pick-up and drop-off direct from your hotel.

During our cooking classes, each student will get maximum individual attention in our open-air kitchen. As a class, we will prepare all the natural ingredients that are fresh from the local market. Every student in Aonang Thai Cookery School’s kitchen always receives full guidance and attention, from the chopping board until the final plate. Everyone has their own cooking station and wok. No artificial coloring or flavoring is used in our kitchen. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food. We guarantee you a unique and enjoyable learning experience. Savor a mouthwatering Thai made by yourself. Receive a culinary certificate and include transportation to and from your hotel.

5.00We did this as a family of 4 (kids are 11 and 9) and it was a great morning. Puent was an excellent teacher, she was clear and helped guide the kids through tricky bits. The food was delicious. We regretted having breakfast before attending as there was so much food but we took about half of it home. As the kitchen is up a hill you get a nice breeze while you’re cooking so wasn’t too sweaty. And there’s a great view too.

5.00An excellent afternoon learning how to make 5 authentic Thai recipes. I must say having now sampled a restaurant Massaman Curry my cooking at the school was much much better. Looking forward to cooking it myself when I get home.

5.00Excellent teaching with near one to one instruction. The staff were very friendly and could have done more for us. We chose five dishes from a good range and the prepared cooked and eat each one, don’t have breakfast before you arrive. The day took the mystique out of Thai cooking. Thank you for a lovely day.

5.00Two beautiful sisters run this school - Sow and Plu 🤗🤗 We had a great time learning their traditional Thai cooking. Booking online was easy - Sow picked us up at lobby on time and in nice clean car. Just a short drive to their home village- with a few stairs up to their open air protected big layout kitchen. We had 5 dishes to pick. Prep - cook and eat while the view is absolutely amazing. We were soo full by the time we got to our green chicken curry - so girls packed it for us to take home for dinner. Thank you so so much - enjoyed it throughly 🤗🤗❤️❤️
