Experience hands-on cooking of Austrians' most popular dessert. During your lesson, you will be given the opportunity to cook on your own while being carefully guided by an experienced chef. This small-group class is an extremely fun and relaxed environment.

Enjoy a fun cooking class that’s entirely dedicated to Austrian food and music. You won’t have to worry about buying anything in advance, as all ingredients and utensils are provided. Learn step-by-step how to make Salzburger pretzels and apple strudel . Afterward, relax and enjoy the food you’ve prepared alongside with a bowl of goulash while you listen to a live musical concert from our soprano with classics from Mozart and the Sound of Music.

What a fun evening. We learned how to make strudel- rolling out the dough, lifting it to stretch it out and how to fill and fold it into the perfect dessert. We also learned how to make pretzels. While strudel and pretzels were baking, we were entertained with music. To top everything off, we were served soup with our pretzels and strudel, enjoying a surprise dinner with fellow students. A wonderful night for all.
A must do while in Salzburg!

Incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking experience. Simple recipes, delicious and modifications were provide for us as vegetarians. A bonus serenade as well!

This was so much fun! What a great memory from our time here. The ladies were amazing and the singing was the icing on the cake!!

This was an excellent experience. We started with strudel making. The dough was already prepared so that allowed us to do things quickly. The instructions were clear the instructors were amazing. We worked in small groups. after strudel we made pretzels. Again, the dough was prepared in advance, and we had to master the technique of rolling shaping, etc. We then had a group dinner during which we ate what we made as well as a meat dish. We also were treated to Arias and songs by one of the instructors who is also an opera singer. That made everything even more amazing. Would highly recommend this activity. It was so much fun and everything was delicious.

Very relaxed. Lots of fun. We got clear, step by step instructions that were easy to follow. We even made new friends!
Great evening of food and music. James and Doris were fantastic. I highly recommend this experience. Doris sang for us.

James did a great job explaining the process for making the strudel and pretzels. Doris sang for us and has a beautiful voice. The goulash for dinner was quite tasty as well.

We really enjoyed the experience. Jimmy was and excellent teacher and put us at ease and made things fun. Excellent end product too that we really enjoyed!!
