Hop into a Toyota Land Cruiser with your expert guide and head north from Moab to the backcountry entrance of Arches National Park and avoid the crowds.

Our first stop is to see dinosaur footprints as we pass through Utahraptor State Park.

After entry to the National Park, we'll pass Balanced Rock, one of the most iconic features of the Park, standing a staggering 128 feet!

The 4X4 trail into the backcounty climbs a short but steep rock wall passing sandstone fins, towering pinnacles and tall spires known as the Marching Men. We stop at Tower Arch for an optional hike.

As you travel along the track, hear informative commentary about the geology, wildlife and history of the park.

We make another stop at Eye of the Whale for an optional hike to a seldom visited slick rock playground named Herdina Park.

After exploring the backcountry we exit through the stunning Courthouse Towers before your guide returns you to Moab.

Every 4x4 tour needs a minimum of 3 individuals to run. If your trip does not meet the minimum, you will be offered other tour options or get a full refund (Another option is to pay for the 3rd fare)

Arches National Park

Visit Arches National Park on a 4-wheel drive (4WD) tour that features spectacular sandstone arches and access to areas that most visitors don't see. An expert guide will maneuver your 4WD past red rock highlights such as Marching Men, Tower Arch and Eye of the Whale. Experience these monuments and more up close and learn about the park’s wildlife and history.

Going with a tour, we were able to see the arches and avoid the crowds. Our guide took us to see dinosaur tracks and some out of the way arches. Our guide, Parker, was knowledgeable of the area and the history and communicated it in an entertaining way. We had a great time!

My 17-year old son and I took a backcountry tour of Arches NP last week with Ron as our guide. It was so much fun and my son is still talking about it! Ron really catered the trip to be the best experience for each individual’s needs. He was so knowledgeable and nice! I couldn’t recommend this experience more. Ten out of ten! Thanks so much Ron and Navtec for such a memorable, amazing time!

The vehicle is too uncomfortable for five adults. At the last minute they crammed a 6'5" man between us it was dirty and smelled. Allen our driver was pleasant

We had the absolute best experience with our tour guide Abbie. This is definitely not a tour if you’d like to tour like everyone else. On this, you will go through the back entrance you’ll get to walk alongside the ancient dinosaurs from decades ago, you will get to hike you’ll get to climb rocks in your vehicle and you will get to see Arch’s in a way that not everybody gets to see it. Recommend this tour enough.
