We will have a great time immerse in the rainforest, volcano and one of the most beautiful waterfalls we have in the country.
We will be able to spot wildlife in the middle of the forest such as monkeys, sloths, frogs, snakes and more. The view from the hanging bridges is breathtaking. We will learn about Arenal volcano geology and history by the time we are hiking the lava flows from 1968.
We will have a delicious and local lunch at my family restaurant with one of the most breathtaking views of the valley and volcano.
We will finish at la fortuna waterfall where we will have to swim and take pictures of this iconic place in la fortuna.

5.00Daniel made traveling to Costa Rica fun and stress free for us- picked us up at Liberia airport, waiting for 2 extra hours for the delayed plane. We had own full day touring in La Fortuna, went on a nature hike to see the flora and fauna, caught the cutest sloth in a tree, toured the Hanging Bridges and had an excellent lunch at his family’s restaurant, Jalapas with its amazing view over the valley. He is super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and reliable. 10/10 would recommend.

5.00Daniel setup a tour based on our needs. Very knowledgable with all plants and animals of the forest. If you are looking for a private tour, without the hassle of dealing with the larger tour companies this is your guy. You will not be disappointed!

5.00This was a great experience. Only issue was we did book as a private tour but another couple ended up joining us for the day. However smaller group was still great compared to the large ones we encountered. The hanging bridges were wonderful, you do a brief climb to the lookout point of the volcano and then cool off with the amazing waterfall. Be prepared to walk a lot! Our guide Gustavo was wonderful! He had such a passion for his job that he just radiated and you couldn’t help but smile when he spoke. He even made leaf ants sound interesting! It’s a long day but filled with lots of information, beautiful sights and delicious food. Highly recommend!

5.00We had the privilege of having Daniel for 2 days of our trip! He was wonderful! He has so much knowledge and passion for what he does and he was also kind and funny. We learned so much from him about the flora and fauna in Mistico Park. The park was beautiful and the hanging bridges had amazing views of the rainforest. We also got to eat at Jalapas after. It was really good and had a beautiful view from the restaurant. My husband and son especially liked the caribbean chicken. Daniel also does many other tours we so we booked another one through him. We went to Rio Celeste for the day from La Fortuna. We got to go to the waterfall, hike to the spot where the blue water meets the other river (really cool). have lunch, and then we went tubing. The water was so blue and beautiful! Daniel was the best guide and I highly recommend him to anyone!

5.00Daniel is great! He is very knowledgeable of the area. He goes out of his way to make your experience the best. He is prompt at answering you on what’s app. His family has a beautiful and delish restaurant you can visit. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer with him. Hands down the best!

5.00Our family visited La Fortuna in March 2025. Daniel helped me coordinate all of our excursions and is super helpful and communicative. Our full day tour of the area was incredible - swimming in a waterfall, hiking the volcano, and hanging bridges. He explained so much about Costa Rica and its plants and animals in a way that my 8 and 9 year-olds were able to understand and remember. He's a great guy and I'd recommend him to anyone visiting the area!

5.00This tour was amazing! The bridges at Mistico are a must see. Our guide, Tavo was friendly and knowledgeable, teaching us about the rain forest and spotting animals for us. Afterwards we hiked a trail near the volcano and then had a delicious, authentic lunch. Lastly, we saw the Waterfall and was able to go for a swim. Great day, highly recommend!

5.00We loved this tour!! Daniel is so knowledgeable and funny, highly recommend! We saw so many cool things! We had two teenagers and they loved him too :) He took us to waterfall, hanging bridges, delicious authentic lunch at his family’s restaurant, then to the volcano hike.. The day was awesome!

5.00Had an amazing experience with Daniel on the tour! Wish I could give 100 stars. The hanging bridges were breathtaking, the volcano views were stunning, and the waterfall was absolutely beautiful. Daniel was an excellent guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire day so enjoyable. We were laughing the whole day! He was so accommodating with our dietary restrictions. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience an awesome day in la fortuna! Don’t look any further just book Daniel ! You won’t regret it
