We will have a great time immerse in the rainforest, volcano and one of the most beautiful waterfalls we have in the country.
We will be able to spot wildlife in the middle of the forest such as monkeys, sloths, frogs, snakes and more. The view from the hanging bridges is breathtaking. We will learn about Arenal volcano geology and history by the time we are hiking the lava flows from 1968.
We will have a delicious and local lunch at my family restaurant with one of the most breathtaking views of the valley and volcano.
We will finish at la fortuna waterfall where we will have to swim and take pictures of this iconic place in la fortuna.

5.00We had a full day tour with Daniel who took us to hanging bridges, rainforest, and waterfall. On the way there knowing how much we wanted to see sloths and monkeys he stopped in some spots to where they were hanging out. For lunch we got to eat at his family Restarant which had the best food and views. Overall it was a perfect day!

5.00We had a fantastic day with Las Pavitas Tours and our guide, Gustavo (“Tavo”). We booked the combo tour with La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Volcano hike, and Mistico Hanging Bridges, and everything was very well organized from start to finish. Tavo was excellent—very knowledgeable, friendly, and great with our family. He really went above and beyond to make sure our daughters had a memorable experience. Even though it wasn’t part of the tour, he took extra time to help us find sloths, which ended up being a highlight of the day. All three stops were beautiful and worth it, but having a guide like Tavo made the experience even better. Would highly recommend this tour and definitely ask for Tavo if you can!

5.00This was fabulous! We saw a ton of wildlife and had an excellent lunch at Jalapa. Gustavo was an awesome guide. This private tour is worth every penny.

5.00This day trip was our most fabulous experience in La Fortuna. Daniel our tour guide was really great from beginning to the end. He picked us up on time from our hotel. Showed us Sloths, Toucans, interesting birds and snakes on the way to the waterfalls, hanging bridges and the Volcano. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, he took us for lunch to his family owned restaurant that had absolutely amazing views and the food was very authentic and delicious. Daniel made our day and we will have happy memories of La Fortuna. Thank you Daniel and we highly recommend this tour to anyone who will like to make most out of their trip.

5.00We booked the mistico hanging tour and arenal volcano with Daniel. He was excellent at communicating and organising. Gustavo was our tour guide and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. It was very nice to have someone show us these attractions and ending the tour at Jalapas was such a wonderful experience.

5.00Danny truly was the highlight of our experience. Such an amazing person, guide, educator, and now; friend!! I cannot imagine all the fun I would’ve missed out on by not hiring Danny to be apart of our trip!!! 1000/10 recommend!!!

5.00You will not find a better tour guide in La Fortuna!! Danny was so friendly, personable, knowledgeable and FUN. He showed us so many animals that we would have never seen on our own, took us to the best local spots that we would have never found and made sure we had the best time throughout it all. After this tour Danny was so much more than our guide! He definitely became a friend that I will be sure to recommend to anyone visiting La Fortuna! This day was the highlight of our trip.

5.00Daniel made traveling to Costa Rica fun and stress free for us- picked us up at Liberia airport, waiting for 2 extra hours for the delayed plane. We had own full day touring in La Fortuna, went on a nature hike to see the flora and fauna, caught the cutest sloth in a tree, toured the Hanging Bridges and had an excellent lunch at his family’s restaurant, Jalapas with its amazing view over the valley. He is super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and reliable. 10/10 would recommend.

5.00Daniel setup a tour based on our needs. Very knowledgable with all plants and animals of the forest. If you are looking for a private tour, without the hassle of dealing with the larger tour companies this is your guy. You will not be disappointed!

5.00This was a great experience. Only issue was we did book as a private tour but another couple ended up joining us for the day. However smaller group was still great compared to the large ones we encountered. The hanging bridges were wonderful, you do a brief climb to the lookout point of the volcano and then cool off with the amazing waterfall. Be prepared to walk a lot! Our guide Gustavo was wonderful! He had such a passion for his job that he just radiated and you couldn’t help but smile when he spoke. He even made leaf ants sound interesting! It’s a long day but filled with lots of information, beautiful sights and delicious food. Highly recommend!
