5.00Orlando is amazing!! He was so accommodating to our large group! We were staying in Tamarindo, he was our driver for our day excursion at arenal. In his fee, he included round trip transportation, beers and water, guided trails where we saw sloths in their natural habitat, entrance to La fortuna waterfall, lunch at a local restaurant, and entrance to the hot springs with the most amazing view of the volcano!! He did not rush us at all, he made some stops along the way for us. Always courteous with all of us! Very knowledgeable and patient. We also booked him for a beach tour along Guanacaste, love Playa Conchal! His van also has wifi. This is my third time in Costa Rica and I wish I would have met him sooner! I will definitely contact him again for my next Costa Rica trip. Book him! You will not be disappointed!

5.00Orlando was amazing and accommodating to my group ! Had the best experience seeing the volcano, hot springs, and beaches. He took us to delicious local restaurants as well. I would definitely recommend booking your next tour with him!

5.00What can I say about Orlando! I have not met someone this nice, who is willing to accommodate anything you ask for. I had contacted him to schedule Arenal volcano tour. He stayed in touch with me throughout any inquiries I had as I was not sure of how the process would work. On the day of the tour he provided excellent service, made stops anywhere we had requested and found an amazing lunch spot for us to have a meal. This tour has been our highlight of the trip - since it’s completely customizable according to your needs. More over, Orlando took us on a beach hop tour in Guanacaste. His hospitality, love for his family and kindness are just a few things that describes this amazing man! We are so grateful to have met him - as I would recommend him to anyone going to Tamarindo for any tours! He also helped us get in touch with his buddy to get a cab for when our group went out to bars in Tamarindo. Thank you for making my bachlorette weekend so memorable for me and my girls! PURAVIDA!

5.00I want to say a lot about this company, the day we had was the best. I tell you the story. My parents wanted to visit the Arenal volcano and take a hike to it. They wanted to do it before leaving for the United States. I live here in Costa Rica and I was I researched and found this company and it was the best decision. I recommend the Orlando guide, he is a very nice person, he explains very well, he has the policies that Viator establishes, he uses a face mask, he uses alcohol for his clients
