Was very good. Was able to hop on and off as needed and on a hot day it was nice not to have to walk far.

It was awful. The most disorganized tour I’ve ever done. First of all, it was raining and the open air shuttle seats were all wet & they had nothing to dry them off with. So, if you sat on the seat, you would get your legs & rear all wet. They were suppose to have shuttle busses, they only had 2 & really only using one. Couldn’t see out of the windows because they were all fogged up, think it was plastic pull down curtain. So, it was a disaster. It was raining to hard to exit bus so we saw nothing. There was no organization among the workers, no one could answer our questions, & really did care to try to help us.

This was a lovely and informative tour. However, you can’t stay on the tram past one loop. Everyone is forced to get off at the main entrance regardless of which stop you got on at, and if you want to ride again, you have to wait in a long line. There are also lines at each stop, and on busy days, you might have to wait through a few trams before you can board. On a quiet day, this might be a great way to see the cemetery—but if it’s crowded, you’re honestly better off walking due to the wait times and lack of flexibility.

This was a great tour at Arlington. We love the hop of and off experience so we can take our time or not stop at all. The tour guides were very knowledgeable. Don't miss the changing of the guards!
