Our friendly staff will meet you in the arrival hall of the airport. When you exit Customs & Quarantine, please look for the Bountiful Tours & Transfers arrivals desk on your Left as you pass through the exit hall. We are located at the second desk on your left and we will have your name displayed! The desk is in front of the Digicel and Vodafone booths but before the Airports Vanuatu Information Desk. Your bags will be placed in the vehicle and you will be driven to your local hotel in Port Vila.

1.00Did not receive what i paid for. Booked the private transfer option to speed me on my way. Was not met on arrival initially. . No private transfer provided. Shared van only (which was considerably cheaper). Had to wait for the others to join which was main reason not to buy van transfer. Have been in touch with Viator for refund but so far nothing. Nothing wrong with the driver and the journey when it eventually happened it was just NOT what I paid a considerabke price for. Be wary about using Viator and private transfer at Vanuata.
Very punctual, responsible and respectful.

5.00On arrival in Port Bila our Driver was ready and waiting from Bountiful Tours and transferred us to Mangoes Resort. We booked the transfer thru the resort at time of making our reservations.

5.00Amazing service and fast reply. Even when my flights were delayed a driver was always there waiting for me. I just had to email them and they were organising transfers very quickly. Highly recommended!

3.00There must had been a miscommunication with the travel agency, the website or driver because when I arrived, no one was there to collect me at the airport. Someone from the airport called the agency/driver and the driver came. Was only 15-20 minute wait. Driver was apologetic and friendly.
