1.00Extremely disappointed with this jet ski rental experience. The jet ski I was given would only go about 4 mph — barely moving. After struggling with it for 10 minutes, I gave up and returned to the starting point. I was waving my hands and yelling for help, but no one from the rental staff came to assist me. It took another company getting their attention before they finally responded. They did eventually give me a working jet ski, with a lot of attitude from the employee but by that point most of my paid time was gone. I paid for 30 minutes and only actually got about 10 minutes of usable ride time. Poor equipment maintenance and even worse customer service. I would not recommend unless they seriously improve how they monitor their rentals and respond to customers who clearly need help.

1.00I don’t feel safety is emphasized enough. Someone to ensure a life vest in on properly. Someone to give an example of one person on a jet ski vs two.

2.00This review is no reflection on the gentleman that work on Eagle Beach. Once you show up, this is a reflection on the rude young lady who answered our call when we watched the pick up vehicle drive away 2 feet in front of us we called and asked them to turn around and she refused to have them turn around and demanded us to get a taxi and we had to pay out-of-pocket for that! Then after she was being so completely unprofessional, I asked her what her name was and she refused to give me her name. If that’s not a sign, a business made a mistake. I don’t know what it is again this is no reflection on the gentleman that actually work on the jet skis on the Eagle Beach.

3.00The jet skiing was awesome. The equipment not very nice. What they charge for this excursion-would think equipment would be in better shape. One of the workers was kinda rude and I noticed several times had his head down -like he was tired or hung over. There are better jet skiing businesses on the same beach. Actually right next to this one. They have better equipment and seem to be alot busier. So I would shop around before choosing this one if I was you.

5.00This was a lot of fun!! The guys that ran the operation were very helpful and made sure we knew how to use the wave runners! It was a blast for sure!! I would definitely do this again!!
They dont have jetskis at...

1.00They dont have jetskis at the location u have to travel to a whole different side of the beach to get to ur Jetski and they dont tell you that upfront so I came n couldn't get a Jetski had to book a whole next appointment with ARUBA WATERSPORT which is by my experience is a whole lot better

5.00From start to finish a really easy and fun game experience! No long list of rules but very informative and quick made it right to the fun! Affordable and location was easy to find! Will definitely book again and refer ppl to you all!
