  Magic Mike made the tour go beyond what a usual tour would. If you dont go with him you are missing out. If you have complaints with him, you need to write it on the back of a $100 bill and let him know.

  My wife and I were honeymooning in Aruba and looking for an excursion to Arikok NP and some other places of the like. We found this and after doing it we did not regret it! We were actually moved to the UTV tour that included a jeeping portion. The price we paid was well worth it as we embarked on an about 3.5 hour excursion to various points of interest like the California Lighthouse, the Ruins of the Natural Bridge, and of course the Arikok NP Natural Pools. Our tour guides Rudolph and Jason (our specific tour guide during the excursion) were super informative, provided great customer service, and of course, friendly. If we come back to the beautiful island of Aruba or know of someone looking for an exciting and memorable time we for sure will be referring them to De Palm Tours!

  My Wife and I took the combination Natural Pool & Side By Side 4x4 with Jeyson & Sergio. We had a fantastic experience. Jeyson was a great tour guide and very funny. Sergio was a great driver and make sure we were all very safe during both the visit to the natural pool and when driving the 4x4 around the island. I would do this again anytime I visited Aruba.

  Our tour guides, Ziggy and Jeff were wonderful. They were fun and made us all feel very welcome. The tour was great as usual…(our third time visiting the Natural bridge and Natural Pool.). The ride to the bridge and pool was as bumpy and as fun as advertised! These guys are real pros at what they do. We highly recommend this tour!

  Very exciting day touring the island and seeing a few major sights including the Arikok Natural Park and pool, the California lighthouse, and the Natural Brisge. Due to construction at the lighthouse, our guide, Ritchie, also stopped by the Alta vista Chapel (sp). The off road experience was like a roller coaster ride!!! Bumpy is NOT the word so be prepared and hold on tight!! A good time was had by all. Thanks Ritchie for making it fun and most of all safe.

  Last 14th October, we did the off-road safari with Magic Mike as guide tour, by the way he's a skilled and safe driver making the tour a real adventure. It was an amazing experience, magnificent landscapes , and Mike knowledge as a local habitant. I'd love to do it again when I come back. The step sisters from Uruguay.

  Wow. Awesome time. Never have done an ATV tour and it was super fun. Richie and Sergio were top notch, extremely helpful and fun. They surely added to the awesomeness of the adventure. Highly recommend De Palm Tours and you should ask for Richie and Sergio!!! If their boss reads this review, give them a raise or generous bonus!!

  We booked this excursion through a Princess Cruise and although we expected a bumpy ride, this actually became a dangerous trip as a result of an irresponsible driver. Our driver, Jeff, drove extremely fast especially on the dirt roads. Not only was this hard on the vehicle bottoming out several times and slamming people around, but we came to find out that he was knowingly driving this way on these roads with one rear wheel that was FLAT! Not only did he not compensate for that danger with his driving, but prior to the tire change at the natural bridge, we nearly had a head on collision with another vehicle requiring both vehicles to slam on their brakes and the other car skidded hard. Even though Jeff might be "a local driver" and knows the roads, that doesn't mean he can drive irresponsibly or recklessly. As for the excursion itself, please know this really is a 4 wheel dirt road with washboard ruts and lots of bumps. Anyone with spine or back issues should not go on this. The walk down to the pool is rugged, uneven ground on rocks and rough stairs without handrails. Even the entrance to the pool is a little tricky on slippery rocks. Unfortunately, the natural bridge has collapsed although there is a smaller one nearby. The lighthouse is only a quick drive by. Getting into the vehicle requires a little climbing. This excursion should be listed as extreme and strenuous for more fit and active people and you must be willing to take your chances with whatever driver you get.
