  We used De Palm for a couple of things. They were our ride from and back to the airport. It was very simple to identify our ride, get to the shuttle and to the hotel. The drivers were very nice and helpful and there was zero issue. We also took the open jeep tour to the lighthouse, natural bridge and the pools. Richy was our guide. He is personable, funny, knowledgeable and was a great person to explore with. The ride is an experience, it is off road, bouncy, windy and fun. Regarding the natural pools-I don’t recall reading anything disclosing that there is a staircase down the side of a mountain and then back up. There were some older people in other groups that could no way manage that. I have some pins in my ankles and I was not confident that I could manage it either. I think that may have impacted my decision about what activities to choose. However, we had a super fun day, met some nice people and we were glad we got to see Aruba in a way that many people probably miss out on.   We went with 15 people and were all able to stay together. The trip was so fun! We enjoyed the off road bumpy section being in the jeep. The natural pool was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very informative and nice. I would definitely recommend this tour

  Jason was absolutely amazing! We weren’t quite sure what we were getting into but we had a great time. We weren’t able to get in the natural pool but the views were worth the bumpy ride! Jason might’ve even convinced us to come back next year!

  Wow!! Words cannot express how thrilling this excursion was. The best experience I’ve ever had in any islands the views, the adventure, the tour guide Jeff and Sergio were absolutely extraordinary if you’re doing the ATV tour, please buy the glasses/ goggles!!! lol!!! the ATV writing is on X game mode and you will be full of sand!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone that goes on the island truly breathtaking views the best empanadas with hot sauce and historical facts throughout the entire tour just makes this so much better

  Wow what an incredible morning touring the island with our fearless captain GG! He did such an awesome job making our experience so fun. We would 100 percent go again!!   Disappointing, what was promised was far from reality... everything was rushed, the guide was friendly but explained little. There was no snorkeling, the pond was almost a puddle… and the natural bridge consisted on natural ruins…. The price didn’t match the experience. I felt cheated and my friends too.

  The tour was far from good — it was actually very disappointing. First, our guide, Richie, never clearly explained what we were seeing. We were supposed to visit a natural pool in the ocean, but we never got to see it because access was closed. We were not informed of this beforehand, nor were we offered the option to reschedule. We were also supposed to go snorkeling, which did not happen. In addition, the natural bridge we were told we would visit was in ruins, and this was not communicated to us either. Overall, the experience was very poor and quite disappointing.

  Magic Mike made the tour go beyond what a usual tour would. If you dont go with him you are missing out. If you have complaints with him, you need to write it on the back of a $100 bill and let him know.
