4.00Van was comfortable, trip was quick. It did take about 20 minutes for the driver to acknowledge us at the airport. We were at the right place, contacted the right people - and it turned out our driver & van were there - just talking with a co-worker, so did not acknowledge the page. Disappointing

5.00My driver Jose was outstanding, he was waiting at the airport when my flight arrived with a sign with my name on it, in which made it easy to locate him. Very safe and experienced driver, highly recommended.

1.00Our ride was cancelled once we arrived! Booked a 3pm pickup, knowing they would wait 1hr. Our flight landed at 2:18pm. We had cleared customs, went through duty free and was outside by 3:30pm. We were a family of 5 with an adult that needed aid and a child. We asked where to find the operator and the man told us it was cancelled as no show because he waited 1.5hr and to call the operator. He Was not helpful at all. Called the operator and was told they only wait 1hr 15mins from when the flight landed and the flight landed at 1:50pm (which was incorrect). The operator also said they tried to contact us but we are coming from Canada with no roaming package. The same driver that said it was cancelled ended up bringing us to our destination but the ride was very awkward and felt unsafe at times.

5.00Excellent car service. Private van service from AUA airport to Palm Beach. Driver meet us at the airport with our name on a sign and was there when we got our bags. The driver was right in time for our return trip back to the airport. Would use again.

5.00Great experience. Someone was standing with my name on it as soon as we came out in arrivals. He ushered us outside and a couple of minutes later he took our bags to a very nice air conditioned suv driven by Jose who safely drove us to our hotel. He was professional and friendly as well as entertaining. So glad we opted for this service! It was a great start to our vacation.

5.00Drivers were safe and friendly. They were on time for both pick ups. Ticket was confusing. Booked round trip, but was issued single ride ticket with no place to add return trip info, except in comments. Didn’t receive return confirmation until the night before, after I sent a message the previous night. But all good. Got what I requested and everything worked out!
