2.00The first driver was there waiting on us despite our late arrival, but his customer service was nothing memorable. More importantly, his driving was extremely concerning. It was reckless, unnecessarily fast, and unsafe, with several close calls where he nearly rear ended other vehicles. For our return to the airport, the second driver arrived about 10 minutes early, which we appreciated. However, despite having our flight details to Canada as part of the booking, he dropped us at the US departures area. When I questioned it, he said it was all the same, which was not true. Airport staff informed us we needed to be at a completely different building, forcing us to walk a long distance in the heat with heavy luggage. This could have easily been avoided if we had been dropped off at the correct location. Because of the unsafe driving and the inconvenience at the airport, I would not use this company again or recommend it to others.
