5.00Our driver was awesome. I wish I had cash on me but was running late to the airport and didn’t stop. Maybe consider a post ride tip link or something that allows tips in this situation

2.00There was no one waiting at the entrance in Aruba. Took 15 min for someone to show. Then she took us to van . She took us to 3 spots before we got into the van…. We have taken Viator a few times they we great. This time was really bad.

5.00Our driver, Jerry, was there waiting for us with a smile and friendly welcome. Our flight was delayed so we were worried; but, then we saw him and that they kept up with our flight info. I had messaged as well, just in case. We were able to stop at the grocery store before heading to our air bnb for a small fee. He got us to our stop and shared some island info along the way. He was very helpful and we will be using this company for the return to the airport. Highly recommend and we will always use their services again when we return.

5.00Our roundtrip transfer to our hotel from the airport was absolutely seamless. We arrived a little early and they were already there waiting for us (they hold a sign with your name on it). They go over what time they'll pick you up on your departure day when they drop you off at your hotel which was nice knowing ahead of time. Jerry picked us up from the airport and a lady (I don't remember her name) drove us back. Both were very nice and professional. I highly recommend you use this company for transportation to and from the airport
