  We had a blast! The tour guide was funny and shared a lot of history about the island and the different spots we checked out. Definitely worth the money and they were accommodating for us coming from the cruise ship.

  Wonderful tour of the National Park, Baby Beach, a cave, and the natural pool. JP, our guide, was extremely helpful to this 82- year-old as we descended the slippery rocks to the natural pool. Certainly was an "adventure tour" as we bumped along the dirt off-road trails in the park. Nice memory of Aruba. Glad I did it.

  Best tour!!! Jersey and Max were a great team leading us on an amazing adventure! Totally not your run of the mill ATV tour. Thank goodness Jersey convinced us to switch to a UTV. Exhilarating route- part history-part sightseeing-dip in the ocean and more!! Highly recommend!

  Way more adventurous than I imagined. Thank goodness Jersey recommended we switch from an ATV to a UTV or we would never have made it. Awesome guides(Jersey and Max) made this experience even better by being a lot of fun. We went o er some pretty crazy terrain. I never would have expected it.   We had a great time! There were eight of us and we all enjoyed it. The guides were great. Don’t forget to bring goggles and face mask!

  So much Fun! Mark and Umpa were Great guides! It cracked me up that a number of people in our group showed up in sandals and white clothes like they were headed to the beach. Plan to get dirty and enjoy the ride!

  

  

  

  

• Tour Company no show

  We booked it through Get Your Guide, but they did not provide us with a tour. We received an email 24 hours prior to the tour confirming the tour. We showed up at the pickup location, nobody showed up to pick us up. We tried to phone the provider (Aruba Ariba Tours) but there was no answer. We took a cab to the spot the tour was starting at, but it had already left without us and the office was locked. The cab driver called Aruba Ariba tours and they answered. After that I called them and they did answer. The person stated our tour was cancelled due to a dispute between Aruba Ariba Tours and Get Your Guide over non-payment. The person showed no sign of empathy what so ever. There is apparently a law suite between the 2 companies. We did receive an email from Get Your Guide stating the tour was cancelled, but only an hour before the tour started. Of course I did not read my email until later in the day. We did receive a full refund for the tour. We are still out the cost of the cab and roaming charges. Get Your Guide asked for receipts which I do not have. They closed the complaint ticket 48 hours after I filed it. We were still on the cruise and not wanting to figure out how to get receipts or deal with the BS. Fortunately we went across the street to ABC tours in Aruba and they were very empathetic. They went out of there way to set us up to join a similar tour. It cost us more and we missed a bit of it but We had a blast. ABC tours is highly recommended. I would avoid booking anything through Get Your Guide or Aruba Ariba Tours.

  This was a fun excursion, allowing us to see parts of Aruba we might not otherwise have seen. Lots of rough terrain with the equipment to handle the trip, though the equipment is well worn. Never felt unsafe, but the passenger side shoulder harness didn’t work and, at times, there was no operator trailing the group had a problem occurred. I would definitely recommend this or similar trip. Take their reviews for what they’re worth, as they, and many others, ask you not to post a review with less than five stars. Sorry guys, had to be honest. Thanks for a great day!
