Ateshgah - Fire Temple
After the meeting the guests from the hotel or defined meeting point, our first visit is the ancient Zoroastrian Ateshgah Temple, a former holy place for fire-worshippers. The pentagonal complex, which has a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and a tetrapillar-altar in the middle. It was abandoned in the late 19th century, probably due to the dwindling of the Indian population in the area. The Temple of Fire "Ateshgah" was nominated for List of World Heritage Sites, On December 19, 2007 and was declared a state historical-architectural reserve. The distance fom the city centre to the Fire Temple is 30 minutes way by car. We spend 1 hour here and heading to Fire Mountain
Yanar Dag
Round off the day with a visit to Yanardag, a natural gas fire that blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula. Yanar Dag flame burns fairly steadily, as it involves a steady seep of gas from the subsurface. There is no mud or liquid flowing, which distinguishes it from the nearby mud volcanoes of Lokbatan or Gobustan. Road trip from Fire Temple to Fire Mountain is about 50 minutes distance by car. Guests will spend 30 -60 minutes with explanation and visiting large area. The planned tour program is concluded here and returning back to the first meeting point or hotel at the city center. Total tour duration will take 3 to 4 hours.

5.00We had a wonderful tour. Our tour guide, Aga, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had our 8 month old baby with and and he was also so good with her. The car was comfortable and they provided a baby seat. Would 100% reccomend this tour. The sights were interesting and we learnt a lot about Baku and Azerbaijan.

5.00It was a amazing trip i every had with VLA Mr Aga and Mr Fuad help in everything They were available all the time and at midnight also they were just a call away (though such possibility didnt happen) . We were stuck in Gabala snow , they have arranged everything for us . Mr Aga came to is at fire temple and explained all history Aga helped to arrange cake at midnight for my wife since it was her birthday Must visit place with soo much of history .
