When you arrive at Athens airport, please text or call the driver as soon as you have collected your luggage and you are in the arrival hall area. The driver will immediately give you instructions on which exit you have to go and then he will move the vehicle right in front of the pickup point. All our drivers use WhatsApp it would be very helpful to have it installed. There is free WIFI at Athens airport. So, in any case you can send a message or call the driver using WhatsApp and Wi-Fi from the airport. Be sure that your mobile phone is active and that you are connected to the internet through airport WIFI or your mobile data in order the driver to be able to contact you. Our luggage policy is the following This booking is for 4 persons max and 3 checked luggage’s max . When booking your transfer, you are given the opportunity to declare the exact baggage you will carry with you during your transportation. It is your responsibility to set the correct type of car for your transportation, based on the registered luggage and the number of passengers. Note that among other parameters, the price given and the type of car assigned to your transportation service are subject to marked baggage. If you arrive with more luggage than you have placed in your reservation and do not fit the trunk of the car, our driver will call other our car or charged you for extra luggage. If you show up with more luggage than you have declared then the driver will contact us before the start of your transfer, explaining the situation. If the additional number/or volume of baggage results in a different carriage price, the company will recalculate the price and inform you accordingly. If you agree to pay the additional charges, the driver will transport your passengers and luggage. Otherwise, the Driver will kindly assist you to pick up another additional vehicle and carry the number of Passengers and baggage declared in the transportation reservation. For transport services, a piece of luggage is a suitcase of a standard size 48cm-32cm-18cm or hand baggage with a combined maximum size of 67cm-45cm-Depth 25cm (Height + Width + Depth). Baggage carrying is also a piece of luggage and must be stated at the time of booking. If your suitcase is oversized, exceeds the above mentioned dimensions, then you must declare 2 pieces of luggage instead. Smaller items fitting to the passenger’s foot, such as a camera case or a small shoulder bag, do not need to be reported. Any other special equipment such as ski or musical instrument with oversized dimensions must be declared as a piece of luggage and indicated in the traveler’s notes (special request) during the booking process. The transfer of your luggage and other items is at your own risk and under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any loss or damage. This risk of loss or damage must be the subject of private insurance that you have undertaken before departure. Your acceptance of this Agreement and its Terms and Conditions is a tacit agreement that you do not, under any circumstances, include in your luggage or transfer items that violate the law of the country in which the transportation will take place (firearms, etc.) nor those that may be harmful to any third party, nor any elements of excessive size, weight, vulnerability or alteration. Unless you are traveling with a dog guide / helper dog, animals are not allowed.

The communication with Kyriakos Was phenomenal. A day before I got contact and he made sure I felt safe and I knew where to go and what to do. In Athens Airport it was again super clear and we met immediately. He gave me first a cold water which was super nice and through the ride he was very friendly and gave me even so tips! I would rate 5/5 stars maybe one of the best taxi rides I had!

Our family have been fortunate to be using Jim (Dimitrios) for airport transfers, port transfers and the odd tour for many years. Jim's cars are spotless, luxurious and large. When you are arriving from North America with several large suitcases you are glad that everything fits easily in the car. Jim is a seasoned pro, incredibly punctual, organized, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He reads people well and knows whether to converse or be silent. He has travelled the world and chances are that he has been to the country you are from. His knowledge of Athens and Greece, ancient and recent, are simply excellent. His communication is clear. He truly loves what he does and it shows. You can count on him for your tours and transfers, he knows all the good spots.
