4.00The people were great, everyone was happy to help and easy to work with. The driver Berry was awesome. Price was fair. The only reason I didn’t rate it perfectly is the SUV looked kind of old, had dents in it and hood looked like it needed a paint job. Not really a “ luxury “ look.

1.00I’d use the word luxury loosely here. Our dented up smelly van had every warning light known to man going off on the dashboard. The floor of the van had a slimy slippery film. The dirty handprints in the interior were disgusting. And there was some sort of dirt coating the interior windows. All in all - I’d stay far away from booking with them. Also I have been told by many people at Atlantis that the trip should cost no more than $45-$75 so the fat that I paid $190 (plus tip!) is insane.

5.00We hired this company for transport to and from our hotel. The communications were good, easy pickup and drop off on-time. Drivers are personable and friendly. I’d use them again!

4.00Overall was a good experience. We flew in on 22 Dec 25 and the airport was very busy. The car was not waiting of us and it took airport assistance personnel to arrange for the pick up. Overall our delay was 15-20 minutes. Pick up on 26 Dec 25 at The Cove was right on time and the driver (Barry) effectively got around the Junkanoo traffic to get us to the airport on time.
