3.00Communication was good at the start. We were told to meet outside the airport, and an employee (not the driver) met us there. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the driver to arrive, while we watched other travelers leave right away in taxis. What bothered us most is that we had booked private transportation, yet the driver showed up with someone already sitting in the front passenger seat not what we paid for. The only positive was that the driver himself was very nice and friendly.

2.00They did come and pick me up from the airport however trying to return is an issue as my hotel location was changed and I can’t seem to reach them to give them the new location. Viator gave me a non working number
Thanks to Barry and his super awesome boss. They got back to us quickly, even though our flight was delayed from Houston

5.00Mark was very professional and on time during our round trip. He was on time during our arrival event how our flight was delayed , he kept track of the flight status and messaged me. I would highly recommend Mark and his services

5.00Flight was delayed and they tracked our time, texted me to coordinate meeting point upon arrive. Driver (Mark) was super nice and chatted with us along the way. This is the 3rd year in a row using them and will continue to do so.

5.00This private transport service was excellent! Kourtney contacted us upon landing in the Bahamas and our driver Barry was right outside customs and waiting. He was kind, courteous, and such a pleasure to talk to along the ride to our resort at Atlantis. Round trip return was just as easy; with a text the day before departure and he was right on time with a smile and smooth trip to the airport and a little Bahamian history along the way. :) Thank you so much!

5.00I connected on WhatsApp when we arrived at the airport, and they gave me directions as to where to meet our driver. Barry, our driver, was great. He was friendly, helpful, and a safe driver. He was our return driver to the airport and was prompt in picking us up and getting back to the airport on time. I would use this company for transportation again in the future.
