Auckland Harbour Bridge
Standing sentinel across the Waitemata Harbour, the Auckland Harbour Bridge is a crucial piece of infrastructure. Harbour bridge is the only bridge which connects the metropolis of the central business district to the North Shore and beyond to Northland.
North Head Historic Reserve
The location of Maungauika at the entrance to the Waitematā Harbour made it an important coastal defense. It was fears of a Russian invasion in the 1880s that led to the construction of a fort and the three disappearing gun batteries dotted along the maunga (mountain). Norht Head Historic Reserve might be change to Kauri Tree Forrest on afternoon session.

5.00An excellent 1/2 day tour, showing the highlights of Auckland. Brendan was a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic guide.
Hwani was delightful, great communicator about where to meet up. Kids really enjoyed all the stops. Hard recommend!!

5.00You’ll get four seasons in one day so wear appropriate clothing. Pack a good camera cause the sights are fantastic! Don’t think there are too many questions, they’re all answered with friendliness and knowledge!

4.00Great experience for our short stay in Auckland (we were on a cruise ship). The tour guide was very helpful and in contact before we arrived in Auckland with all the necessary information. We loved the trip to the key parts of the city and were well entertained. Great value for money if you do not have much time in Auckland.

5.00It’s a good way for the first timer in Auckland to explore the city. Sean, our tour guide is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He takes his time to make sure our questions are answered and we are comfortable. He drives so gently. He recommends us places to go and to eat which are very helpful. I would recommend this tour.

5.00Sean was so great! He was very knowledgeable about the city and gave so many interesting facts and answered all the questions. The tour hit spots I never heard about along with mt Eden which is probably on everyone’s list. Another great thing about this tour is that we could drive to the top of mt. Eden so we didn’t have to walk up any of the hills. Overall great day out and would recommend to anyone coming to Aukland!

5.00Bharat of Epic Tours was beyond a tour guide. He was our ‘tour whisperer’ combining his vast knowledge of Auckland’s attractions and distilling it to intimate bits of story telling and historical narratives. Very rare among travel experts. Bharat is charismatic, witty and engaging and if he ever vied to be Mayor of Auckland, he would win hands down.

5.00Just what we needed during our first few hours in Auckland. The tour hit some highlights in and around the city. Our guide was friendly and engaging and the vehicle was very comfortable. The small group made it all very personable.
