  Firstly very misleading pricing on Viator. The £2.99 charge is to download the app - you have to pay a further £5 for the actual guide. It is in the details but well hidden. Also you cannot cancel the day before you book which is ridiculous as it’s just an app download. The actual tour worked ok. Light on history but mildly entertaining. Suspect we should have chosen a different tour.

  In your advertisement where you sold this product you said that it was an audio guide. We did not think that meant downloading the guide on your cellphone and using mobile data to activate that guide. We could not make use of this service, because we did not have mobile data, so it was a waste of money for us.

  Funny and informative audioguide which took me around the innercity of Ghent. Would reccommend very strongly if you want to explore the inner city and if you're not really a guided tour kind of person like me or if you are short on time and don't want the hassle of making an appointment with a guide, waiting for the group to be complete,... Briefly: without wasting too much time.

  My family thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with Carolina. She was so kind and engaging, and did a wonderful job sharing the story of Anne Frank. Highly recommend this tour.

  It played a group of unrelated songs and poetry instead of the guide. A complete ripoff. Do t waste your money.

  During our recent visit to Ghent, my friends and I decided to explore the city with an AudioGuide Ghent, and what a great choice that was! The AudioGuide Ghent was filled with original stories and funny anecdotes, making us burst into laughter regularly. It was a unique way to learn more about the history and hidden gems of the city, much more lively than standard tours. This AudioGuide Ghent is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to discover Ghent in a light-hearted and enjoyable manner.   Fun date in the centre of Ghent. Able to stop at a bar whenever you want and start for part 2 whenever you want. We enjoyed it a lot.

  Audio book was promptly delivered. We had a map accompanied by a funny audio guide. We could easily follow the route on google maps and having fun listening to the funny description
