Get a chance to witness one of the most spectacular nature phenomenon in the world - Aurora borealis. We drive to the best spots to see Auroras in the area. With our guide, knowledgeable about northern lights you get the best chances to see the magical show in the sky. Our guide also takes photos that you get via a weblink. During the experience, you will learn about the northern lights, and about how to capture them on camera.

Please note that the probability of seeing auroras depends on the weather (clear sky and solar activity).

Are you dreaming of catching Aurora Borealis? It’s time to hop on a car/bus and head towards the areas where the chances of seeing the northern lights are at the highest. With clear sky and little luck, we may get to see them dancing in the sky! On our way the guide will take photos of us which we get as a memory, and he can give night-time photographing tips for those travelling with own cameras. In between we enjoy hot drinks and gingerbread cookies while observing the sky.

The start was 19:30~ for a total of about 8 people. The meeting point is easy to understand and clothes can be rented, but most people left without changing clothes because the cold clothes they originally wore (about -2 to -5 degrees Celsius) were enough. The weather was cloudy at 18:00, the weather forecast remained cloudy and the area was not responding at all on the Aurora app. However, it was sunny when we left. A guide will take you around three places. At first I could see a faint view and thought it might be like this, but as I moved around I could see the Northern Lights more strongly. It looked like a cloud to the naked eye, but could be captured on camera. The photos of the guides were very beautiful and they took many photos and took professional beautiful photos. Work too fast because it can be downloaded the same day. It was great to see him show me around with such high spirits. We encourage you to participate without reference to weather forecasts or aurora maps.

Had an amazing tour with two great guides Pauline and Mathilde who took us out for an amazing Northern Lights show. Safartica seemed genuine and we liked that it's one of the smaller tour operators in Saariselka :)

We had a great experience. The guides were very friendly. They kept cheering all the time! We got to see lovely auroras! Our guides told us they were a 6/10 in intensity and number. And they clicked our lovely pictures! A very memorable one indeed! I will definitely recommend this to everyone
