**Tour Program of Auschwitz & Birkenau** **Pick-up:** - English-speaking driver will meet you at your hotel, apartment, or other accommodation. - Pick-up will be between 5:00 AM to 5:30 AM at the designated location. - Tickets will be purchased from the cashier at the Museum Auschwitz. - please take ID with you. **Journey to Auschwitz:** - The drive from Krakow to Auschwitz is approximately 65 kilometers and takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes. **Museum Visit:** - The driver will assist you in arranging tickets or, if you have already purchased tickets, will join you in the appropriate group. - The sightseeing of Auschwitz I takes approximately 2 hours, while Birkenau takes approximately 1 hour. **Transfer to Auschwitz II Birkenau:** - After visiting the first part of the camp, the driver will take you to Auschwitz II Birkenau, which is located approximately 3 kilometers from Auschwitz I. - Sighseeing in Auschwitz II Birkenau takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. **Return to Kraków:** - After sightseeing Auschwitz and Birkenau, the driver will take you back to your hotel or apartment in Kraków. **Total Trip Duration:** - The entire trip, including the journey, will take approximately 7 hours.

We completed our booking online with Michał and it was very easy. His replies were prompt and he gave us all the important information regarding pick ups and times. Michał was also our driver and during our trip out to the tour he talked about the Polish culture and gave us further information about Krakow and the surrounding areas. As we chose the independent tour we did not have to queue along with the group tours and Michał collected our tickets for us and even walked us up to the entrance of Auschwitz to show us the way around. We had the same personal touch at the Salt Mine where Michał again got our tickets for us and showed us a good place for lunch. The tours are a must see when in Krakow and we highly recommend using the AuschwitzSaltMine company. Thank you.
